SecurCare Self Storage Facility at 53 GA-138 in Riverdale

I have experienced great customer service from this company. The manager consistently keeps me updated on my unit and is very inspiring every time I speak with her. It’s good to know that someone is out there who is caring and compassionate while they are over your belongings. I am very grateful!

Miss Yolanda was vey helpful as well as patient with me when I was asking about rates for a storage unit. She was friendly and ask question to best fit my storage need. I truly thank her for her knowledge, patience and kindness, with my storage process.

I've had nothing but a great experience with this store and due to Ms. Yolanda, she has been kind, friendly, ever so helpful and does what she says she will do. I had to change units and cleaned out the first one when we saw it was too small and needed a larger one, she actually swept it out for me and was helpful when we did our move in. I wish there were more employees like her who take servicing customers with good honest, professional care, these days it's RARE and I hope her managers pay her accordingly to KEEP her. Stored my van & trailer here (in an outdoor space) for two months while I flew back home for a break from my EPIC!! Road trip (5 months on the road). I did a lot of research on pricing and this facility had the best rate, and was the closest to the Atlanta airport. I felt very comfortable leaving them here; good security, chain link fences with shrubbery and the neighborhood where they were located seemed safe as well. The whole complex and t office were clean and tidy. Yolanda was very helpful, especially when I came to pick up my van and trailer. The tie-downs I had were frozen to the ground; she got me a bucket and water, so I could “unstick” them.

They take care of their customers.

Despite the price increase, I love this place. I've been using them for pass 4 years.

I visited this location on last week in passing on my way to view a property. I decided to make a brief stop to receive General Storage Rental information. I spoke to Miss Yolanda who was assisting a customer at the time and asked that I give her a moment to conclude business with the current customer. While waiting, I noticed the cleanliness of the office and how organized the items for sale were displayed. Once done, Miss Yolanda kindly asked how could she assist me? I briefly explain that we will begin a house renovation and a few months and I just needed general information on storage rentals. She asked a few detail questions to help me determine what size rentals units we would need. She explained all the fees associated with the rental and ask if I would like to take a short tour to view a vacant unit? So happy she offered, the grounds are well maintained and very clean!! After we return to the office, she asked if I had any additional questions. I said not at that time but ask if I could contact her at a later date if needed. Miss Yolanda is highly knowledgeable of her store brand and manages her property with exceptional professionalism and compassion. Thank you so much Miss Yolanda for taking time to speak with me.

property manager ms.yolanda was very patient with a technical difficulty that came up and was sure to accommodate us very well during out visit!

Very professional, the property was well maintained and secure.

My wife and I spoke with Ms Gardner in Thursday. She let us look at two units and we were satisfied. She explained the rates and and the paying on time can avoid penalties and late fees. The process was very quick and easy. I would highly recommend.

I have had the pleasure of working with Autumn and she has been Awesome! She was very helpful with providing the storage information for my brothers storage needs. I have to give a bunch of kudos too because the day my brothers moving truck came in, she was there on the spot as late as it was to assist us with the door and location. The unit was clean and ready for his boxes. I can’t believe how clean and neat the place is. Thank you sooo much Autumn. You are awesome!

Charles is my man, he went far beyond what was required of him. He came by and helped find my sisters wallet and was very polite about helping us out as well.
