I been renting here since august of 2020 Mrs Watson makes sure I’m well taken care of with my needs concerning my storage and notifies me of any changes. I’m currently in the Georgia army National guard my unit is in Thomasville. Even when I was deployed my car was in storage. This team kept me well informed. I’ve down graded my storage got a smaller one I’m currently in Texas. But I still hold that storage in thomasville at this very moment I just love it. I wish they can branch out more across South Georgia and north Florida

This was a great experience. The guy (Alex) was so wonderful and helpful. I really appreciate his patience and explaining everything to me from signing up to driving out of the parking lot lol. Also, thank you for giving me the moving company. I was able to contact the guy and set a date and that completed my entire day. Estelle is fantastic and helpful! She called me within an hour of reserving our storage space to provide us with more information. Upon arrival to the office, she was very friendly and sociable. The storage unit is clean and the grounds are well-maintained. We are confident that our items are secure at this location. I moved to Thomasville unexpectedly and hadn’t thought about a storage unit. I called several places and no one was willing to accommodate or help. I called Southern Self Storage and the kindest lady answered! From the moment she said hello until the end of my in person customer service experience with Estelle; her kindness and willingness to go one that one extra mile never swayed! The price is a little higher but it is worth it for the security, cleanliness of their property. Highly recommended!

I received friendly customer service and the prices are fair. They don't over charge you like most storage units and the staff (Ms. Estelle and Trent) didn't know if a unit would be available when I needed it but they worked hard to have it clean and ready by the time I arrived and it made a world of difference to know that someone cared that I actually got the help I needed and that just made my day! I'm so relieved I was able to be helped by Ms. ESTELLE and TRENT that I felt it very important to share my experience with this facility.

Storage is clean and service is great. Several sizes available with climate controlled options. Love that it's gated with surveillance, and I chose my own PIN. The price does to increase every year and they require you to have insurance. If you don't have your own insurance they automatically add it to your bill, which is convenient, but I wish it was optional.
