The office people are polite, friendly and respectful. I have had my storage unit for almost a year and I don’t have any complaints about anything. The office is nice & clean. I never have to worry about nails or anything getting in my tires, because they lot stays clean. I highly recommend this place. It’s gated and has security cameras all around.

I love Southern Self Storage North Valdosta. It is a great place to store your things. No matter what the weather is, Keri or Valencia will contact you to inform you of what their plan is to make sure that your storage is safe in the case of inclement weather such as hurricanes or tornadoes. I have been here for some years so I love it here!!! If I was you, I would definitely want my items stored here.

You can see one of the ladies out cleaning or doing something proactive almost every time I'm here. They are super friendly constantly offering me water. Keri is probably the most kind hearted person out there. We were moving from NYC to Valdosta and I reached out a month prior to our move as this is our first big move that required us to use a storage unit ( our house is not move in ready). Keri was kind enough to take the time to explain the options we have, the overall process and added a little word of encouragement. When the moving company arrived at the storage unit before we did we were worried that would cause problems. When we arrived at the unit the first thing he said was ‘’ Keri is an awesome person and made this process very easy. He already offloaded our stuff in the unit without any issues! The unit itself is in a closed off building which is easily accessible when you figure your way around. It is well secured and ventilated. Clean and neat. The price per month is reasonable and the location of the storage unit is not too far off. I would highly recommend this storage unit. Particularly their customer service! There are good people out there who really like what they do and helping others…Keri is one of them! Thank you!

Most of my customers at Mudanza Moving & Cleaning use CubSmart Self Storage to put up their belongings between moves and I totally see why. 1st of all you can get a 26 foot rental truck IN-N-OUT with no problem. 2nd you can get past 5 pm, 3rd the facility is super clean and 4th you feel same when you're there loading or unloading alone.
