Was pleasantly pleased with the storage units. The customer service is great. James is easy to work with and Kirsten makes paying your bill painless.

In my previous storage they were never a available & my unit was also broken into. When I went to StoreSmart I felt more secure & there is someone always there to take care of my needs. James & Kirsten are the perfect pair to attend to your needs. If you need a secure storage it is the place to go.

Renting a U-Haul truck!!

I have had my stuff in this storage facility for 18 years and when StoreSmart took over from Cool and Dry Storage they started getting higher and higher prices. And I could no longer afford them. I had a few boxes of Barbies Dolls got wet and this is in a building that is supposed to be heated and air conditioned. Don't know how a couple boxes got wet and then the mildewed. So be careful what and how you store items. All the staff has been great through all the years except one. And she was my final straw on moving out. I guess it's for the best.

I rented a Uhaul for the day. The clerk/ manager (Zachaey, I presume) was extremely friendly and professional. The Uhaul was the nicest one I've ever rented. I'll likely return for storage if I need it in the future.
