My wife and I store our RV at your facility in New Meadows, Idaho. The facility is very accessible for us and we have ample space to back the RV into its covered stall. This is a huge improvement from where we were previously. Security is good and access to the facility is quite convenient. An added perk we weren’t planning on was terrific customer service from Becky, the Manager. We have found her to be helpful, courteous, and kind. She cares about her customers and goes the extra mile to assist them. We came to pickup our RV recently and she went out and removed the snow berm in front of our stall for us so we didn’t have to. We’re very impressed! Thank you Becky!

I had been renting two 10’x20’ units here at Northwest for about a year- very well built units, great management, would even give me a courtesy text if my auto pay didn’t work, before incurring any late charges. Recently moved out due to downsizing - and was generously given extra time at no charge due to unexpected delays. Very real, workable management and solid/secure units (block walls not just corrugated metal!).

I already had a storage unit at Northwest self storage but We are in the process of selling our home and we ended up needing a second unit to hold all our belongings until the move and she got me set up within minutes by phone and I was able to sign the lease on line within seconds of her sending it to me. While the prices are a little steep, i have had no worries of my belongings coming up missing or any damge being done to them. I would recommend this storage facility and just want to say again Becky is an amazing manager!

The property is clean and easily accessible in winter. I live in a community 12 miles away but could not find an available unit in my home town. This is my fourth year and the rates were raised again so I searched and found an identical unit in my home town for 30% less on a monthly basis. They finally priced me out!

We had our storage unit for 3 years without any problems. It was clean when we rented it and we had no leakage or any other problems. The access was consistently plowed in the winter. Becky Davis the manager was always easy to reach for any questions.

Becky is totally amazing. She is very professional and efficient. The storage units are handy but over priced. When I moved here 4 years ago the 12 x 30 was $85, now it's $176. You would think that the increase would bring improvement but it still has the same church holes and muddy puddles. Gate access would be nice from your car but they still have the same walk up key pad. If you want you can download an app to access entry ....... Like any of us want another app on our phone.

I rented a space for about 2 years in McCall. Moving in I was treated very nicely as well as when I moved out. The Gals were always helpful. My one big complaint, the price. In the 2 years the rent went up considerably more than what I had originally rented, like everything else, too high. Other than that...it was a very nice experience.

The manager at New Meadows, Becky, is beyond great. Any qualms I may have with the company is outside of her jurisdiction. She has been friendly, earnest, and very dedicated in getting me help when I needed it and maximizing my value as a storage space renter. Otherwise, I was not super happy that they increased rent of my unit by $25/month with little notice. Space is hard to come by in the area though, so I don’t have much opportunity for recourse, and I’m sure that plays strongly into their decision to increase charges. Also, initial information about the gate code to gain access to the premises was lacking and because I wanted to get in there on the weekend impacted me since Becky was out of town and unavailable. Otherwise, I only have good things to say.

NW Storage is great! We have had multiple units varying in size. The facility is great. And Becky the Manager is amazing to work with! She is so easy to communicate with. Whether she is onsite or offsite, you can always get a hold of her with any issues.

I'm very happy with NW Self Storage. The have a nice facility, well kept, nice big turn around areas, and Becky at the on-site office is awesome. I had two units, but the owners recently massively increased their prices, on the order of 40-50% in the last year and a half, and that is just much for me to bear. I'm vacating one of my units and may also vacate my other unit if prices shoot up again. Overall, a great storage place, but the rates are just getting too high for this customer.

We've been renting from NW Self Storage in McCall for the past 6 months, and we recently had an issue with our sliding door going off track. I called the storage unit manager, Becky, to report the problem and she had a professional on site the very next business day! I was blown away by her professionalism and communication. If you're looking for a storage space in the McCall/Donnelly/New Meadows area, look no further!

I had a covered unit for my truck camper here through the summer and was pretty happy. It was clean and secure. Becky, the manager, was very available and I have no complaints. In the end, I wasn't using the facility through the spring and summer so I have recently cancelled hoping I will be able to get a winter spot again. Northwest saw I paid a month in advance, and voluntarily applied credit to my card without me asking for it or it being in my contract. Sad to say, this kind of professionalism is not a given anymore. Thank you Northwest Storage.

Amber in the office is very nice to speak with and answered all of my questions. I was a little concerned about getting into my unit once the snow hit, but the snow was very nicely cleared and they were clearing the snow at every unit away from the door. Took my shovel, but did not need it at all! Very happy with their service. Units are clean and the set up for the unit was very easy!

Amber and the rest of the staff were very helpful in getting this storage unit set up. I appreciate that they offer a free two-week reservation for those about to require a storage unit.

I have rented an enclosed storage from Northwest Self Storage in New Meadows Idaho in the past and am now renting an RV storage site. They have been great to work with and Amber is always very friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend them.

Staff is very helpful! The unit is great and clean.

All business operation, have been using their service for a couple years. Problems with snow and Ice on units on the south side as the doors ice up constantly and are difficult to open till the ice melts. Had a gate problem for several months but it appears they have overcome that problem and security is better now. It is the only storage area with security and cameras to keep an eye on the units for possible theft. Mice are still a problem and I would suggest you bring your own traps to keep your belongings safe from them. Management is strict when giving up a unit you must give notice before the end of the month or you are charged for the additional month as there is no prorating for units rented after the first. Service has improved over the past year and I can recommend the units for ease of access and safety.

Very pleased that after several months the entry gate has been repaired. Disappointed that you are eliminating the on-site drop off.

If you’re looking for a very secure self storage in the New Meadows area then this is it. I had misgivings about storing my valuables in a storage unit, but here they have security code access to the grounds, and lots of cameras keeping an eye on things. And if you’re fortunate enough to deal with Amber, she’s always pleasant and helpful (just don’t tell her I said so). I highly recommend Northwest Self Storage.

Nice storage facility and a friendly, helpful manager! Larger units have motion lighting inside that is a real plus when accessing your unit at night.

The people who work locally here for this storage company are great. I've been using the facility for a couple of years and have always had good interactions with the employees. I have had questions about a variety of things and they always tell me in the friendliest of ways. I think their policies are clearly explained. I think they try to help their customers and by helping solve any problems that may come up (such as forgetting your code for entry).
