I just had the VERY BEST EXPERIENCE with the new property manager Mr. Black and his trainer Araceli!! OMG they made my day. I thought all of my sons early childhood memories had been lost forever after calling earlier following an error by the former Property Manager🥹 I have papers, report cards, pictures etc from my kids early years in that storage unit that can never be replaced. Araceli checked on the unit for me and conformed it was in tact (whew) and also gave me the great news about a much better rate! You guys Rock!! P.S. Mr. Black was very professional and thorough which is difficult to find with folks in Customer Service today!

So I will say the last property manager was not good she was never there, and was super stand off-ish, I met the district manager AJ and she was absolutely wonderful and helpful a complete 180 from the person we dealt with on a daily or in this case not dealt with because she was never there. I was told they are in the process of hiring someone new and responsible, that will be in the office 5 days a week, I did notice a huge difference when I went in today. I was on the verge of going somewhere else and AJ assured me that things were changing for the better and urged me to stay with them. Thank you AJ God bless

I like the place is always clean.. but every time I go there no one is in the office I have been trying to pay on my unit since 8/10/2023 and I pay by check it's hard to pay when there is no body in the office..the bay door is still out due to a broken spring and is outfox months at a time when someone hits the door..and the gate has been disabled for over a month..we hate to have to move our stuff somewhere else it is so convenient because it is close to home for us and Danni has been the best manager there..

The staff is friendly and helpful, however this company needs to update their website to pay online. I have been coming to this location for 2 weeks during operation hours and no one is there. Now they send late notices and try to charge you but don’t have things in place to pay. Been here for some time and have been making the same complaint.

CubeSmart in Oak Forest is different than the one I visited on 62nd & Harlem. The Oak Forest heating and cooling system leaves much to be desired because it's rather warm to hot in the summer and vice versa in the winter.

My storage experience was good. My perrsonal things were there for over 9 mths. When I finally claimed my items I was happy to see No Mouse droppings on my things. At first i was worried about my property. But I just bought their extra insurance from them w/their lock. I was told if I purchased their company lock and not use my own lock. if my locker was broken into or had any other damages I would have not have to pay them an insurance deductable to file.a.claim if necessary On my date of departure I received a telephone call before ten minutes and was asked mlm if it was me who moved outta the storage unit. Oh and their staff was.feiendly too

I was and am very pleased with this particular facility and the staff is very nice and helpful. I like the security and the fact that they have the carts to assist with carrying your belongings with ease, however, used them before at another location and after about 5-6 mos, they went up on the price. Same thing again, just went up 10 bucks, I'm not happy with that. Do you all go up every 6 mos or what?

I was at a stressful time in my life and had a terrible experience at Public Storage when I submitted my inquiry online about CubeSmart Oak Forest. Danielle called me almost immediately and was so professional and helpful. She provided all of the information regarding the storage space and set my date for my move in. She told me her hours and I went to the location the same day to sign my contract and pay the deposit. She was professional but also hilarious and made the process so easy. When I go into the office to make payments, Sabrina is also helpful and hilarious. I know when I always see Danielle and Sabrina I will not only receive the best customer service, but will spend 30 minutes in the office just laughing and talking with them. They have a ball and love what they do!

Cube Smart was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They had a lower base price than anywhere else, but make up for it in shadier areas which is why I removed a star. This place is worth the total amount paid, but I would rather them be honest about the full price upfront than get their money in other ways. They force you to buy their insurance to start. I have never had a place that won't waive insurance if you can prove you have your own. Second, they try to talk you into buying their lock even if you have one that is just as good if not better. Overall I would definitely recommend despite these issues

I have been with cubesmart for around 4 years. The cubesmart oak forest location has by far been my favorite one. The staff, specifically Danielle Curtiss and Sabrina McGahee are phenomenal. I could not have asked for a better location. We relocated back to Chicago from Charlotte, NC. We were on the road for 14hrs and initially we were making good time but with kids we had to make several stops. So you already know, I looked at the Google ETA and it said 6:10pm remind they closed at 6pm. Listen I call and spoke to Sabrina and she even though we close at 6pm I would stay for you and this was on a Friday! Let me tell you this it made driving those 14hrs all worth it! Not only did she stay for us Danny her co-workers also assisted us with Check-in. We and my wife have our own business and these ladies are bosses. Because you will go out your way to make sure you customer gets the service they deserve! Did I tell you they my kids candy the way out! I say all of this because if you are looking for a family felt location, clean, safe and convenient this is the perfect location. I could not have Thank Sabrina and Danny enough because they "exceeded expectations". I don't know there positions but they should be mangers and nothing else they should be getting a raised because good people are hard to find like that! Plus I know we are not the only family they assisted. Thank you ladies and CubeSmart Oak Forest for all of your help and great location!

Probably the best and most scenic store front I've ever seen. A setting by a large pond and geese. The only thing that surpasses that is the exceptional customer service of the employees. After checking with a different nearby storage company, I checked with CubeSmart. Danielle C. was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Even though I advised her that I was only inquiring about the possibility of renting storage space she offered me a seat, explained the storage options, pricing, upfront fees, payment options, gave me a late payment warning and took me on a tour of the facility. She recommended storage options based on the information that I provided. The service and the price were so good that I decided in 20 minutes to rent one of the storage units and started storing things later that evening. Easy peasy! When I went back to store some items, it was just as she explained, including a flatbed dolly to make moving items that much easier. I highly recommend CubeSmart and Danielle C. (In fact, I rented trucks from there twice and every staff member that I encountered was very professional and friendly.)

Clean, convenient, and affordable

Sabrina and her associate were extremely professional and friendly. They seemed to have significant rapport with the other customers as they knew everyone by name when they came in.

As usual I received fast friendly service from my cube smart representative. Danielle is always friendly, kind, and genuine. I forgot my gate code and she was so patient, and she got me taken care of. CubeSmart is a place that values its customers. They are my storage for life. I recently went in the office to discuss some additional storage space and the management was very helpful and informative. Great experience.

The units are very clean and the customer service is excellent. I like that the units are housed inside and that you can drive into the building for easy access . They also have flatbeds that make it easy to move things in and out of your unit. Both Danni and Sabrina are very nice and always very professional. Even the customers that I run into are very nice and friendly . It's refreshing to patronize a business that understands the value of customer loyalty. I would recommend Cube Smart over any of those other facilities

Never had such a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE with a storage facility like CubeSmart. As a Business Owner whose stored work equipment for years with different Storage Brands, this by far was the BEST & MOST PROFESSIONAL experience I ever encountered. For one, the cleanliness of the facility was immaculate and well maintained. I personally, observed detailed cleaning every time I was present, I was SO IMPRESSED, with their dedication to cleanliness of my Office area and Storage corridors. But the BEST EXPERIENCE, was the Facilities Manager, Danielle, who not only facilitated my rental needs, also accommodated my questions and concerns with detailed and professional remarks. And was PATIENCE enough to demonstrate several storage units. Not the usual “GHETTO EXPERIENCE” we have grown so accustomed too and tolerate because of a necessary and/or forced move. My last rental experience which facility I shall not name (MS), was infested with rodents which they just could not get under control. Which, I for one, don’t need those type of pets.lol. However, I’m not one to render glowing remarks, but CUDOS, I take my hat off to CubeSmart for just plain/old fashion “GOOD BUSINESS”. I thoroughly enjoy the staff at the oak forest cubesmart. The management provides me with exceptional customer service. The professionalism and attention that I receive when Im at the oak forest location makes me want to continue my business with cubesmart just because of the personnel. If they were to depart this location it may give me pause if I would continue my business at this location. In today's state it is becoming extremely challenging to receive exceptional customer service so I greatly appreciate their service.

I thoroughly enjoy the customer service I always experience at the cube smart Oal Forest location. Dannie and Tracey are always attentive to my questions and concerns. I really appreciate them and their service. If it wasn’t for those two representatives, I would look for other storage options because the costs for cube smart is very expensive and not comparable to other storage facilities in the area which make be to consider other options.

I love the fact that it is so clean and safe. I just dislike how small the garage is. It only fits 2 cars and there is often a pile up. Also there are only three dollies, I had to carry all my stuff up to the 2nd floor the unit. Needless to say it was not an enjoyable experience.

My entire experience with Cube Smart has been wonderful. I was stressed out with getting a storage unit. I didn’t know what to expect since I had never done it before. From the initial phone call to the move-in, everyone was helpful and friendly. The unit is nice and clean. It’s climate controlled, bug-sprayed twice a month, and it’s safe. And it’s SO reasonably priced! The office manager, Tracy Henley, is a delight! She put me at ease and made the move stress-free. I highly recommend this facility!!

I got a great deal on my storage unit, and it is the perfect size! Moving my things in has been easy and convenient so far. I feel far more confident leaving my belongings at cube smart. You can only get in by having a proper code, and they offer insurance for your belongings! The staff was FANTASTIC to deal with. I reserved my unit online and not even an hour later they called to confirm my reservation and answer any questions. When I went in to see my unit, I was given a tour and told how everything works. My brother also got a deal because I mentioned that he referred me to the facility. Overall it's a great, safe place, with fantastic prices!

Clean and orderly. Staff very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t give a 5 star rating because my unit was on the second floor and with only one service elevator to accommodate all ppl who had to move items in or take items out, it was inconvenient and rushing to have to wait. There were 6 customers coming and going trying to move using the one elevator and 3 flat bed dollies. Ppl were frustrated and moving was much slower. In a new facility such as that one, they should have planned 2-3 more elevators to save time and keep ppl moving. Bad decision when u have 2 floors.

Today was my first time renting with CubeSmart and my experience was excellent. The storages were clean and the staff was patient and helpful. Thank you Paris for making this a great experience.

It’s excellent

Renting a unit was very easy. I reserved it online and got a call within hours to confirm. The day before my appointment, I got a reminder call to make sure I was still interested. When I got there, Tiffany was very friendly and helpful, she showed me my unit, took me to practice entering my door code and gave me all the info I needed. The facility is also very clean and easy and to navigate. They also have two carts that you can use when you unload your stuff so you can roll it to your unit. Overall, very impressed.

I rented out three storage lockers this summer and i couldn't have been more pleased. First, the online discounts caught my attention. Comparing to other companies, they had the best prices around Oak Forest. Secondly, everyone was courteous and helpful. Their customer service was exceptional. Thank you Danielle Curtis for taking the time to help me find the right storage lockers for my move. Lastly, the building was clean, secure and air conditioned.

We moved from Public Storage because of large rate increases. The facilities are nicer, the price is better and the people were a pleasure.

I would like to say that I really like the service that the workers give as well as the way that they keep the location very clean. This storage facility is very clean with friendly and professional staff. They were very attentive and willing to answer any questions I had. At first there were issues with the elevator due to some sort of an upgrade to their system and so there was a little of a delay with gaining access to the elevator, but it all worked out in the end. I highly recommend CubeSmart Self Storage, but if you choose this facility, be sure to apply on their website to receive discounts.

I have been with several storage places in the C C Hills Area. But never had the attention and service that I now get at CubeSmart . This was a blessing to come to this location on the frontage road in Oak Forest, ill. The service is Super and the storage area is absolutely fantastic. I will never go anywhere else for storage. The Mamager Danyell is so kind and Sweet , it's like having a family member watching over your belongings 24-7.i love this place!!!!!
