First I would like to say some of the reviews aren't that great because they were before the new property manager Donna but now that she has taken over things have changed 100% And I know a lot of people are complaining about their locks being broke and they be broken too but they have insurance you can use your insurance folks that's why you have insurance ... So I was paying $79 a month for a 6 by 5 at and a place that wasn't that great and I went right across the street to Secure Care on Stover Avenue and Donna the property manager hits me up in the storage for $40 a month and that's with insurance. donna the storage manager had to be the sweetest lady she helped me because all I brought was cash and they took was debit card so she took my cash and she got me a money order and made sure I was in the storage that day I was so stressed out The property used to be a hot mess but I'll tell you she's done great work there she's constantly making upgrades she was just the best person in the world thank you so much Donna

I had an amazing experience at this self storage location thanks to Kenshaysha! Even though she mentioned she was still in training, you’d never know it—she was professional, confident, and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. Kenshaysha made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Her positive attitude and attention to detail were incredible. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and answered all my questions like a pro. Definitely a rising star—give that girl a raise!

Wow, the new management is doing a fantastic job! They’re on top of both security and customer service, which is a huge improvement. The previous manager was a shame, but this new team has the experience and industry knowledge to run a storage facility the right way. I had a major issue, and Donna handled it with fairness and understanding, resolving it quickly. She is truly a wonderful person. If you ever start to lose faith in humanity, just know that Donna can restore it. If you’re looking for a secure storage facility, this is the place to go!

Very happy!! First off, the agent I dealt with, Crystal, was amazing.. super accommodating, friendly, and made me feel at ease with leaving everything I have inside her facility. Not to mention she got me a price that was nearly HALF of other nearby storage facilities!! Couldn't be happier!!

I sincerely cannot give a 5 Stars rating because the old facility itself needs some modern upgrades to complement the outstanding customer service that the Management Team delivers to their customers.

So grateful to Crystal for jumping on board, correcting past problems (no easy task!!!), and doing everything she can to help us customers!!! She’s truly going above & beyond the call of duty 👍

Clean and tidy and the prices are reasonable!

This facility is tops! It's tucked away in the corner of a neighborhood and so far seems great. When I came in the unit that I had reserved was not going to work for me and Crystal Wessel was absolutely amazing. She helped me get into a unit that fit my needs and was so sweet and helpful and knowledgeable doing so. I am experiencing some difficulties that lead me to needing storage and Crystal let me me bend her ear and then went above and beyond and gave me resources that will be life-changing for me. I never thought I would get so much out of just renting a storage unit. the community is lucky to have this business and even more lucky to have Crystal.

The property manager is great

The place is old but it's priced competitively.

I give it a three because the listing agent is knowledgeable and friendly. The property, however, is very run down with old and weak overhead door hasps, it deserves a two at best. The interior units are not secure at all, with weak doors, weak lock hasps, and removable hinges. These are very easily broken into, and it’s apparent that many of them have been by repairs made to the doors. There are not nearly enough cameras for this property. It looks as if the owners have just let it run down for many years. On the upside, the property’s rent is reasonable, and the leasing agent secured a unit for me that I feel pretty confident will not be broken into. Even this one has to be secured with a stick to keep the overhead door open when placing items in the unit. I am hoping the property agent will make upper management see the urgent need for repairs.

Be careful coming in with a big truck, really small road path, Ask for deals I got my 1st month free, and moving sucks so I'm not complaining ... it's hot and I'm sweating

The manager was pleasant and very helpful in finding us a storage unit big enough so that we can combine all we need so that we can combine stuff from 2 other units we currently occupy and have it all together. We have used SecurCare for many years and she has always listened to us to help in any way to meet our needs. We definitely will recommend SSS to others needing a place to store stuff.

Love the people that work there they r very nice and helpful and now I'm not so sure this is the best place to have a storage Unit at because my unit I was in was broken into and nothing has been done and now tht I was moving to another one I can't get my stuff out of the old unit because I let a friend put some stuff in my unit then decided to change units because it was broken into again and my truck broke down on me and I had to get it fixed when I did they wouldn't let me get my stuff out of the unit I was moving out of to put in the new one and now trying to charge my 300 and some dollars before I can get into my storage unit which I don't think is fair because in the one unit I was caught up for another month nd so now I'm thinking about finding somewhere else to store my belongings if I'm able to get them out of each of the units the old one and the new one

Every time I come to the Stover st location I have to wait about an hour after their lunch hour is over and then call the service center # just for them to tell the clerk they have ppl waiting, or you have to drive around the property to find them smh, but I can say it's cleaner than other storage facilities I've checked out, no bugs which is main priority to me. Most of the staff is nice

I absolutely loved the energy of the staff. Everyone was positive and very informative. I know getting a storage unit isnt the most exciting thing but I was having a crappy day and Mrs. Tyla, the manager, she was helpful and optimistic something i needed that day. And the prices werent bad at all.

Extra space storage meet all of my Needs. I called them 9-24-15 to set up an appointment for the next morning and everything went according to plan. They have 24hr surveillance, the manager lives on site, and I was told they check the locks on every unit everyday. On top of that I got the 1st month free just had to pay administration fee. Thanks vernon and Eddie I wouldn't want to store anywhere else.

I think everyone else's comments sum it up nicely. I would highly recommend this facility (over other Extra Space facilities) to anyone. My only addition is to give you a heads up that the premises aren't suited for large moving trucks or trailers. Lots of tight angles to get around. My SUV and 6x12 trailer was a tight squeeze.
