Secure and well maintained with very friendly staff!

Just moved my stuff into storage 2 days ago. Was easy to access unit and get 15 foot uhaul truck in and out of the facility. Clean. And provided a cart for hauling into the climate controled units.

The process was super easy obtaining/renting multiple storage units for our recent move. Staff was easy to communicate with and exceptionally helpful! Will rent again in the future.

Move in process was very smooth and making our reservation was easy! Great service. Would recommend to anyone!

We had a very professional and friendly experience while we needed to shift some things around into storage temporarily. Megan helped me at the front desk and possession of the unit was immediate, and when we called to cancel services there were no issues. The units are clean, there's equipment to help you move heavy items, the doors are wide, it's gated. I don't have a bad thing to say. I would use them again.

Rent went up suddenly and a lot…which I’m a little surprised they’d do to existing customers just a few months after moving in. The real problem I have, though, is the extremely short notice for it. It’s unfortunate because I liked Megan and the service at the front but that was a poor managerial decision.

Very well run. Meghan at front desk made it a breeze to get me checked in. Storage drive and unit are very clean and well kept. Price is reasonable. Free month promotion at the time. Easy to get to right off of Penn Ave in North Liberty. Very satisfied 🥳👍🏻

Move in and move out was done super easily and remotely. I stayed at my unit for 3 months until I needed to move out. Never had any issues and I felt very secure with the gate and security cameras.

Initially it was very confusing. The check in to get things going was very easy and smooth. I was emailed the wrong address. I gave 5 stars though because when we called to get it straight they got us the correct address and stayed on the phone with us the entire time until we got to the correct address and found our unit.

The rental process was super easy and the property manager was very friendly and helpful in making sure I could access my unit.

I've used a few different storage companies and this by far is the BEST!!! A large selection of sizes (indoor and outdoor) at great prices. Megan at the North Liberty location is super nice and very responsive. Property is fully equipped with surveillance, grounds clean and units maintained. Best bang for your buck!!!

Moove In Self Storage was an excellent place to store my car for a few months. The unit was clean and well maintained. Communication with the staff was prompt and thorough. The North Liberty location was very accessible for my needs. Accessing my unit via the security coded gate was flawless.

The two different units we rented here during the past year, were both clean and seemed well maintained. I appreciated having that security camera, gated property, and code to enter. I would have rated this a full 5 stars had it not been for the cost increase within a few months of signing a new lease when we moved units. I had a great experience with this company's associates, especially Megan, who helped us through the process of ending our lease agreement. She was very helpful and efficient at responding to any questions we had about the move out process. I would rent from here again in the future, if the need arose.

Went there on the weekend to move into my unit, the office was closed by the time we got there but that was okay! The access code gets you in and then finding the unit was easy. We were pleased to find our lock inside of the unit waiting for us (we forgot to bring one so this was perfect)! Plenty of trollys to bring stuff in on and the unit itself was clean and ready for the move-in. Stopped into the office about a week later to set up auto payments for peace of mind and the woman working was helpful and very sweet! I can very positively say I would recommend this place to others. 😊

Clean, quiet, good location.

we have rented 3 units since oct/nov 2021 anticipating a move to new housing from cr to nl. we ended up moving in may 2023 so spent more than we anticipated in storage fees due to delays in construction for this time period. all went well, no damage ,no critters, no extraneous debri from outside in, no pilferage , but not inexpensive. so would recommend their storage with responsive reasonable, helpful staff and clean facilities. we continue to rent one unit for all that we can't downsize further at this time.

I never write reviews but our experience here was so great I thought I should! We called on a Saturday an hour before closing time to get a storage space and the person who helped me over the phone was so helpful and made the process incredibly easy for us. You could tell she was an expert in what she does! The facility is clean, secure, easy to access, and does a wonderful job with social distancing as everything was easily able to be handled on the phone and no-contact pickup arranged for the necessary materials. Overall, a great experience!

I usually don't write reviews, but I had a good experience with this company and their staff was much nicer than I had expected for a storage company. I was just storing for a few weeks this late summer and first called to get some information. I spoke with a lady there who was very thurough with the details of how I would go about "signing up" for the room. She helped me find the right size I needed and even told me she would meet me to go see the room to make sure it would work for me. I stopped by the next day, and when I showed up at the office, I was greeted right when I walked in the door by a nice guy at the front desk. He said that the lady I spoke to wasn't working that day, but he was very helpful with my needs. He took me out to the room and showed me exactly what I would be renting. I thought that the pricing was pretty standard for around the area (and maybe just a LITTLE bit higher than some other places), but the staff made the rental very easy on me and the security of the facility was well worth it. They have a one-month minimum, but that was much better than some of the other places I called which do up to 2-month minimums and large deposits. All-in-all, I had a good experience and will use them again if I need storage since they seemed very professional at storage and making you feel comfortable when renting with them. - Jill

Use Quality Care over area competitors I was a bit intimidated by the expense at first, but I stored pretty much my entire life at Quality Care for almost a year while I lived in another state, and it remained safe, dry and worry-free. They have good security, good customer service and despite the weird colors, they know the storage business.

storage I used Quality Care Storage Company in Coralville Iowa to store my extra items. the storage department was very secure and had very nice bins. the cost was low and the staff was very helpful and friendly to us. I would use this storage department again.
