Not only is this location like 5 mins from my house they offer great customer service and is very understanding, Debbie is the best she has helped me through it all since day one of getting my storage and she is very informative.

Alright, the iStorage on 135th is pretty awesome. It's clean, the carts come in different sizes and it's not freezing inside. The best part though are the people that work there. Kevin is cool and easy to talk to/work with as well as prompt to get back with you if you leave a message. I've never personally met Jen, but she hit me up that I was gonna get a late fee and was super cool about it. Like I said, these folks are easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Very pleasant experience. The manager was friendly and professional. She showed me the unit I was interested in and explained the rental process. It was done in a timely manner covering all necessary factors.

Jen is super attentive and focused; all the information and tour of the facilities was great! She took me to see the units in a golf cart instead of walking and she was very patient showing me all the units available. The grounds are clean and the trees look nice on a sunny day. It was very hot. She’s knowledgeable helping me understand the contract sections; she made me feel confident about the place and I chose it for also because it was a good value with comparables in the area.

Quick and easy sign up process, super affordable and close to home . Nice size as well and also in a safe area!! Family owned business love to support local businesses!

The manager made very stressful circumstances a little less so. She was kind, compassionate, and patient. She was also very professional and efficient. The unit was clean and easy to access.

Leanne was both very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and got everything taken care of. Working with her was much easier than the 30 min I spent on the phone with the competition before giving up and calling IStorage. When she showed me the unit it was clean dry and had a level floor. I couldn't ask for more.

Good service. I was 100% pleased with the helpful person that signed me up for the storage shed. Give her a 5 star rating (the best, I presume). If you desire any constructive criticism, I will just add that this location used to unofficially (not part of the contract) occasionally acquire and place wood pallets near the garbage bins; and customers were permitted to use them in the storage sheds. Also, adding another garbage bin that customers could be permitted to use on a "first come, first served" basis, would be helpful, even though you could tell customers that there was no promise such garbage bin be would have adequate capacity, and therefore customers would ultimately still have to be responsible for their own garbage.

I am enjoying the space assigned. It is nice and clean. I am not too pleased about nowhere to dispose of my trash. I was only allowed to dispose of 1 bag. I have to leave the premises just to dispose of unwanted debris.

I made my reservation on line for a different location and a different unit size. When I arrived at the State Avenue site things were not as they had been represented to me. I was extremely frustrated at first, but Connie, the site manager was professional, patient and worked with me so that I felt comfortable about choosing this facility. I had to wait for Connie to serve a previous customer, and I noticed that she didn't rush them through to get to me. Nor did she rush me through to wait on later customers. She gave us each as much time and attention as we needed. I spent 26 years in customer service myself, and that is good service. Storage units are much alike, I've rented elsewhere also, and iStorage's are as good as any. Price and service makes the difference; this is the place I like best.

My experience was awesome! I contacted the facility prior to me driving from California to confirm that they had a unit available in the size I desired and at the price that quoted to me. Once we arrived at the facility we were greeted by two of the courteous members of the facility. Connie the facility manager was professional and do apologize for not remembering the gentleman's name who was assisting her on this day but the two of them explained the all the details of the contracts as well as the operation of the facility. I was very impressed while feeling safe about my belongings are stored where I feel that the staff cares. I would recommend that anyone wanting to store your belongings in a safe environment rent here.
