You gotta rent one of these storage units! The managers are amazing and even when I’m being forgetful, which is always, they are so understanding! Love it here and I’ve been using them for over a year! Update: I had the opportunity to rent here again. Not only did Ms. Kathy remember me, it was just like coming home. I went to another storage unit company when I moved away, but they weren’t nothing like the attentiveness I get from Ms. Kathy. Any questions, comments or concerns and she was right on top of it. I’m glad she was still here when I came back, this time I’ll rent longer.

Clean property with secure units. We went in person to view the property and arrange our rental in the office. The property manager, Catherine, was very friendly and easy to work with. She took the time to find the unit that would fit our needs.

This is my absolute favorite storage facility! Not only is this place clean and secure but they also have an on site manager (Cathy) that's phenomenal at her job. She takes time to show you available units as well as covered and uncovered parking if interested. After seeing the unit I reserved online, I ended up renting a larger one.

I stopped by iStorage to check on open spots for a 27 foot pontoon boat. Cathey was pleasant and worked with me on possibilities. When no spots were available at that time, she took my name and number and called me a week or so later to tell me a spot opened. I took the spot and am happy I found a place for my boat. The lady that rented out the U-Haul to me was very nice. I had to upgrade from a 20 footer to a 26 footer. She got it all squared away for me. I also need it to drop it off to a different location than what my original location was going to be and she did everything she could to try to help facilitate that very great customer service.

I arrived at 1:15 & had to wait 30 min for an employee to show up. The employee helped me even though she wasn’t on the clock yet. My wife set up the account online so the employee had to adjust a few things manually. She had to change my gate code and charge a higher insurance to cover our stuff because the online forms are wrong apparently. The property looks safe & is in a good part of town. We haven’t actually started using it yet though so this review may change.

Cathy is the best! There was a mixup with the call center where we were scheduled to pick up the truck at 1-1:30. When we showed up, the location was locked because it was her break! Cathy went out of her way to make sure she met us here and we were still able to pick up the truck on time and still meet the movers. I was so nervous because before talking to Cathy, we thought we were stranded for 2 hours! Thank you for the awesome service and for being so kind and personable.

A great place to rent uHaul trucks. The storage looks nice and clean but I have not rented one. I would highly recommend reserving anything online. I did this and saw several people miss out on getting a truck because they went into the office to reserve. The trucks are very popular. Everything was easy to reserve and pick up. Friendly staff that were helpful.

I love I storage so much, Cathy is the coolest person I have ever met and helps so much. She takes great pride in her work and takes care of all of our stuff and makes sure it’s all safe.

Manager was so nice and helpful on helping secure a last minute storage spot for our camper. Also she treated our puppy like the princess she is.

I rented a large (10x20) climate controlled storage online and the process was seamless. On move in day I realized I had way more “stuff” than would fit in my unit and started to freak out. But the terrifically kind and helpful property manager, Catherine Nigbee, jumped into action and saved my a@%! She located another unit (1 of only 3 remaining) that was very near to my original unit. My movers were able to load the first and move right over to the new unit. Whew! Thanks Catherine ;)

I am very happy with this place and a satisfied customer for several years. It is almost as if my camper would stay in my driveway, safe and easily accessible throughout the year. The management under Kathy is monitoring the place very carefully and if they notice something unusual like an open trailer door or a missing wheel cover I get a quick call from them. I really appreciate this kind of attention.

This facility is fairly well located and easy to access at all times. Though it is in need of a new asphalt paving job, the people who run this storage facility are the best. Cathy and Trent are incredibly responsive and helpful with any and all situations that may arise. If you are looking to use this facility, you can be confident that the group of people who are there day in and day out, are the best and always looking out for the best interests of their customers.

In mid-July we weren't having much luck finding a storage shed. Then my friend recommended iStorage, said he was pleased with everything there. I walked in and discussed my situation with the property manager, Catherine, and she was able to get me set up within minutes. She was very informative and helpful in figuring out just what I needed, and gave me plenty of suggestions on how to keep everything safe and secure. A great experience, I highly recommend this location.

Second time renting a unit at this location. I came back because the service here is amazing, and the owners are very easy to work with and very considerate. When I moved out of my larger unit, I forgot to give notice. However, the owner saw my lock was gone, called me, and didn’t charge me for the lack of notice. Now that I need a smaller unit, I knew exactly where I would rent from.

I've been dealing with Kathy and Brett. They are both very courteous and friendly while maintaining professionalism.
