Alex and Wanda were incredibly helpful and welcoming on my first visit in! They got me set up with everything I need to start using my unit. EDIT: I have to update this now that I've closed my storage unit. If I could leave another star, I would! I moved my stuff out and notified the team the day after December rent was paid, which covered me through January. They were kind enough to refund that last rent payment, which means so much to me!

Heather and her team were great to work with! They went above and beyond when it came to helping me determine which size of storage unit would make the most sense for my needs and then reviewed the available units and their price points in a very comprehensive manner to compare pros & cons. They were then able to come thru with a super competitive rate and a refreshing customer~friendly explanation of what would be required to get the agreement finalized. Heather was even kind enough to take me around the facility and show me a number of the available units in person before ultimately making my decision. I would highly recommend iStorage and look forward to being a loyal customer for as long as I have storage needs to be met!

Alex helped tremously today. I unfortunately lost my keys. Alex helped me get into my storage unit and, I got a new lock as well as new keys. The battery on the drill (he used to open the storage unit,) died 3 times and he was still very determined, persistent, and attendant to help me out.

I had the best experience at Istorage today. I have been a tenant since 2019 and have been very satisfied with my unit. They do a good job of maintaining the facility. Such as making sure that the gate is operational, as well as the fence is always in good repair. My unit is outside, so I cannot speak to the quality of the indoor units but I have heard good things. Alex is the manager of this site and he does a very good job keeping the office clean as well as making sure that the parking lot and driveways are clear of leaves and trash. We spoke for nearly 30 minutes a day and he was very friendly and helpful, and was able to answer all my questions. Will definitely continue to be a tenant for years to come.

Transferred to another unit that was easier to back our boat into. Alex at the faculty was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service.

The rental process was quick and easy. The service reps friendly. The only thing I wish would have been more accurately communicated is the code to access the property. They failed to include the fact you needed to include a * and a # when entering the code. So entering the first time failed and was frustrating. But the faculty is clean and easy to navigate.

We were looking for a place to store our boat for the winter indoors. I called the number online and Shaya was very helpful and explained that we could go see the units to pick from since there were three to consider in the sizes we wanted. A few minutes later, Laury from the storage unit called and was very helpful and once I explained what we needed she said she had the perfect unit in mind! My husband went there after work and Laury was right--that was the perfect unit! The entire complex looks very new and the units are impeccable with plenty of room to drive between units and to line up a boat to back into the unit. Laury was very helpful in providing a lock for my husband and provided assistance with his pin to get into the gate and had him all ready to go! We are very please with the service and the facilities! Thank you!

Great customer service, clean and secure facility. Our one complaint was the increase in monthly cost after we had only been there a short time, but that’s the chance you take when you don’t have to sign a contract. We had no issues cancelling our monthly auto-draft payment after we emptied our unit and didn’t need it anymore. Would certainly use them again.

I haven't moved my items into the storage unit, but so far, everyone that I have dealt with have been very helpful and very nice. The storage areas are very clean and well kept.

I'm a delivery driver. I deliver packages for customers to various places including a number of storage facilities. Most of the storage facilities are a hit or miss, i.e. they're either accessible or they're not. Scott Woolery of Overland Park, KS iStorage is always there, always helpful, anticipates what needs to be done and does a great job doing it. This makes my job easier and both of our customers happy. They should be assured that what they ordered and need delivered to their storage unit will be waiting for them safe and secured thanks to Scott's diligent work w/iStorage. I honestly can't say the same for customers at other storage units. If I can't get access through the gate and if I can't get into the locked unit as a result of poor storage unit service (or even a lack of service all together - many don't even have staff there during there stated open hours!) I can't deliver the package. This is NEVER a problem w/iStorage - this company is LUCKY to have Scott there and I'm certain their customers are grateful for the service.

I didn't expect to be in storage this long, but Scott has always given such encouraging words as I struggle through this pandemic.

Scott and his team have consistently provided OUTSTANDING service to me as a customer for two years. They go above and beyond to help me with any questions or concerns I may have and provide prompt professionel service. I have utilized their on-site rental truck; which is super convenient for transporting your boxes, etc. from home to the iStorage facility and returning the truck to the same location. I have twp units in the climate controlled building and have never had any issues. The office, hallways and grounds are always immaculate; I would recommend iStorage to anyone looking for top notch storage facilities in the Lenexa and Olathe areas.

I chose iStorage 4 years ago because it's close to home and met my needs as a sales rep. I wanted a place with solid office hours and the ability to receive shipments for me and have it loaded into my unit without me being there. Recently I even began receiving an email telling me a delivery had been made...this was a pleasant surprise. It's a well kept and friendly place, which goes a long way. They seem like good company but you wont know until your unit get broken into then you will see what kinda people they are. Really dont understand where raising monthly rent is necessary especially now with covid hitting America and unemployment is at all time high because of covid. That there shows you what kinda people they are just keep a watchful eye out.

My stuff is in great shape as if I were to have stored it at home, it never got too hot or cold as well as it is bug and mouse free. I have had a climate controlled storage unit here for 5+ years now. They have changed owners a few times but always continue to be friendly and helpful. Easy ways to pay my monthly bill from far away. My things in storage look as good as when I put them there. The place is relatively clean. Just don't be late on your rent... $20 late fee. I'd recommend this facility.

We rented a space from iStorage for six years. The storage unit was found in the same condition we left it and all of our belongings were in perfect condition. The front desk was easy to work with and very helpful. I would highly recommend it.

Sandy is one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with in any business. She even offers you cold water on a hot day. The units are super clean and secure. The 24 hr access was a big plus for me since I needed to bring my trailer in late at night. The driveways are wide and paved which is really nice. Don't waste your time at one of the big nationwide storage companies that don't care. Just go here.
