So far it's has been clean and I'm able to store most of the things I need to store. Just wish I had a light close to my storage area. I have to mount a small flashlight on my hat, so I can see what I'm doing. I also didn't realize you're not allowed to store Wheels with tires on them in the storage. I didn't want the tires to dry-rot, but it looks like I will have to make room in my backyard storage shed for them?

Excellent customer service! Always professional over the phone and in person. They always contact me when I’m 1 say late with my payment and remind me consistently, which I totally am grateful for because otherwise I would lose my stuff in storage. They also send you the late payment reminder in the mail ! I love this place because they do their jobs to protect not only themselves but their customers as well ! So thank you very much !!!

They have friendly service, I also like that I can come and go at my leisure. However, the door opens fine, but when I am trying to leave my door keeps getting stuck when I am trying to lock it back up. So, that takes time to get the latch Iined up correctly. I also hate the smell of moth balls, but I do understand the purpose for them

We used this company when we were moving into our home a couple months back, the staff there is amazing!!! Everything was easy to return back with no problems. Now I recently needed a dolly, thank goodness they rented them out there. They provided amazing customer service I wouldn’t use anybody else.

5 Star customer service with awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Mr. Schroller, the manager, was very helpful and answered all my questions. Quick, easy, and hassle free to get a storage unit. Office hours are perfect for me. And, to top it off the price of the storage units aren't ridiculous like other places around town.

Camille provided us with very friendly and helpful service, and answered all of our questions. If you need storage, we highly recommend you come by and talk to Camille.

Love the size of the storage unit and the price, but be aware they can change the rate on you at any time. They like to "skip over" that part in the lease. Our payment went up $18. Kind of annoying they should tell you when you sign up. But other than that like the storage unit and how the ceilings are taller. Just expect your rate to go up every 6 months.

Solid pricing, was using U-Haul in a pinch since moving back from Washington and after chatting with Mike found out that I could save an extra $40 per month on the same size unit with the same amenities and a larger door. Should have came here first, lesson learned!

The best storage facility I have ever used!! As a military member I have used ALOT of storage units across the country and I received the best customer service here at this location. The person that help me was Mike and he took the time to listen to me and made sure I got the right sized unit. He also walked me around the facility and showed me the available units in different sizes. This facility is also very very clean which builds confidence that your items will be kept clean and safe. If you need a storage unit in Killeen this is the right place and ask for Mike for excellent service!

Me and my family got stationed in Killeen and had a lot of personal belongings to store and just didn't have the room for it where we are. So I went to a few storage's around town and this place was by far the best as far as affordability and customer service. The guy I spoke to, Michael I think was his name, was very helpful. A few places I went to were rude and lazy but Michael really seemed to care. He even suggested a few mexican restaurants for me and my family to try. I would recommend this place to anyone who just was stationed to Killeen.

I don't usually write reviews unless someone completley wowed me and the gentleman Michael did just that. After a long week with traveling with a four year old! Stress of storing our belongings is the last thing my husband and I wanted to deal with. Michael was professional and friendly . He even helped distract our child while we were discussing a few things. The facility is very well kept. I will recommend this storage unit to anyone in need.

From the first day I went in to rent a unit to the last day my belongings were In their unit I felt secure that my things were in the best of care.
