If you do not have your insurance, we require SBOA Tenant Insurance for your items. It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment – should you opt to pay in person – purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.

So in the past four years after Our retired from teaching and coaching, I’ve been traveling and working in the Transportation division of industry whether new construction or old industry like Goldmine. Each time I go to a different area with a northern Nevada Beaumont Port Arthur, Houston Phoenix I always rent storage space so I can have my stuff there whenever I need it, if I need it. I haven’t had a experience yet. But so far after the initial day and after me loading my stuff into this air-conditioning unit, I can easily say that this is the best !

I love the storage it's always extremely hot, inside to say it's climate control. Have asked multiple times about it. On the hall my unit is on the hallway lights are always on because the timers on both side is broken. All other hallways cool. I sweat so bad, going into my storage it's ridiculous. Please look into it. The one located across from the little gray home / office on Hwy 23

Great staff, open and friendly, treated with respect - a lot of experience. A great location that experienced minimal and zero effects from extreme weather, including hurricanes. I parked an RV outside on the grass with good results. The property is adding concrete, increasing concrete parking storage which will make the parking storage better places. Available 24h access which was very appreciated. Staff was great and helpful and I left due to moving out of state - would recommend to anyone and may use again if needed.

To start, this place offers temp controlled units which was great due to my electronics (tv, MAC Pc, speakers, etc...). The unit is secured by a code that is designated to you only. Which means they can track your code and the amount of times it was used. This made it perfect for me to track if my ex wife was making any attempts to enter my storage unit. Corey (an employee) was great when it came to setting up automatic payments, securing the storage, answering any concerns, and was honestly a great person to speak to over the phone regarding any type of questions. Wanda, another employee. was amazing in regards to answering questions as well. Not to mention, she made it easy and efficient when it came to closing out my account and storage unit whilst ensuring that I saved as much money as possible. While still abiding by company rules and regulations of course. I 100% recommend this storage facility! If I ever need a storage facility again, I will 100% use this place.

Everything went well. Just wished you had some incentives like waiving the fee for local residents, first responders,military etc. especially since there’s another storage right next store. They just didn’t have the size I needed and had no other choice or would have shopped around. But my house sold quickly and needed to move things while the weather was good. A lot of storage places atleast give discounts to AARP, AAA, First month free etc. You may need to consider.
