User friendly and great staff

I rented a 10'x15' unit while deployed to store all my stuff, and my experience was great! Service was quick and easy. I had a climate controlled unit on the 1st floor with no contract or minimum rent length, and I was very happy with the price! Setting up automatic payments was really nice too, since I have no idea what my internet access will be like overseas I would recommend this place for any servicemembers deploying and needing a place to store things for a while!

I took the last of my stuff out yesterday but didn’t stop at the office because there were several people there and I figured I’d just call. Manager has been very helpful and friendly which means allot when you are already under stress having to move your belongings. It is nice to have someone who works to make it a little easier on you.

I moved to Crestview, Florida in September 2022. I stored my household belongings in the climate-controlled area of the South Crestview Ferdon Blvd facility beginning September 2022 thru September 2023. The facility is safe, easy to access, the staff is friendly and very helpful. I thank everyone for providing a safe place for my personal belongings. I highly recommend the facility. Thanks again!

The storage unit was clean and very spacious staff was nice I would use them again

What a great experience in renting here. I thought that getting a unit was going to be several hours or several days. It was literally just minutes! I was able to get all set up without the need of additional assistance and then showed up at our unit with no issues. The only reason why this was not five-stars was that our unit's door is hard to close. But that is a function of a lot of use and not necessarily a bad system.

Been using this facility off and on for the better part of 11 years. The gate hours can be tricky and the traffic leaves some to be desired. The staff is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile!
