Great experience, customer service was excellent and i didn’t have a problem getting a unit the Person behind the desk was super helpful and made me feel right at home and i will be continuing storing my personal belongings with you guys.

This is a very clean and up kept location with some very helpful staff at this storage facility. my only complaint is with the black lady with the grey jeep when she was there the office was always unaccessible due to the fact that the no one being at the location for hours, I came one Saturday and no one was there for hours which made me had to wait till Monday to make my payment, she was also rude and very unhelpful I believe her Name was (Bailey) or something like that but That is my only complaint everything else at this location is very nice, I even like the new lady that be at this location some days recently she nice also I didn’t catch her name but anyway enough of my ranting. I’ve been a customer here for a few year and love this location keep up the good work ladies I hope the lady that’s always gone stay gone please management do something about her asap thanks in advance from a very satisfied customer 🙏.

Brian was extremely helpful,super nice and very professional. He even stayed passed his shift to provide us with his services, gave us a tour and set up everything we needed. The property inside and out was very clean/sanitary and working properly. I love the feeling of security.They have 24hr Surveillance outside/inside and are a gated community . Knowing that makes things a lot less stressful. I highly recommend Southern Self Storage. The service is great, the price's are very responsible and the property is fantastic for our needs. I just hung up the phone with Jessica who was OUTSTANDING!!! SHE WAS SO VERY HELPFUL!! Answered all my questions, offered to update my information; even asked if i knew my gate code, and when i wasn't sure, informed me that i could change it to something that I could remember!!! I did't know that!!! I've been a customer since 2017 and the service has always been GREAT!!! I broke my lock once and forgot to get another, and received a phone call first thing the next morning informing me of the security of my unit. They pay attention to detail and I've always known my belongings were safe there. THANKS JESSICA!!!

My aunt has her things in storage here and she needed some help so I took a ride with her to help her. While we were there we stopped at the office to use the rest room and I started talking to the man behind the desk. Now I have dealt with many storage facilities through the years but I have never been to a facility with a manager as kind and polite as the man at Southern Storage in Reserve. Between speaking with the manager and seeing how clean the restroom and the facility was I will be telling everyone I know to check out your place in Reserve.

Southern storage is clean and neat site. I have always been impressed with management. I've rented at this site for years and will be happy to stay many more. I highly recommend this location to everyone needing a safe place to store their things.
