Great people good location easy access

I would have loved to give a 5 star review because the people working in the office were fantastic. Both were very helpful, and had great attitudes. However, I accessed my storage unit for the first time last night and there were two issues. First, the light inside my unit does not work. Second, the lanes between the buildings were sheets of ice. I was unable to make the turn and get up the hill to the exit. Luckily another customer came to the entrance gate and I was able to get out that way. My truck started sliding sideways toward the curb…no impact thankfully, but I can see how someone could damage their vehicle due to this.

Specifically, Maryland, IStorage was able to understand my needs and communication between myself and iStorage was excellent. I was able to accomplish all my goals through them rather than multiple locations. Thank you

I've tried to contact the rental office at this location in person and over the phone several times within business hours, and stood outside the office with other customers as well, to find no one working. This location has no manager, and therefore is probably the most unsafe storage facility. The exit gate is ALWAYS open, and the bay door to my units is broken letting leaves and all the weather inside the interior units. Update: they have gotten new management and the manager William was very helpful and problem solving. Great turn around from just a month or so ago.

The stuff was really helpful... and she was understand that I needed a storage right away and that I was overseas...so she help me out to set it up everything by sending via email. So i think i had really plesent experience with iStorage on Hollywood. I would recommend it to everybody.

The property manager is a great person to deal with and does everything she can to help you. The units are nice and clean and well taken care of.

They're a bit pricey, but it worked for what I needed and the guy who runs the place is really very kind & will work with you. Personally, I had no issues while my things were there and out was almost 2 years!
