The staff is more than amazing and work to make sure you don't lose your stuff, however the company that runs this is terrible and has the worst structure. No partial payments and even if you laid huge sums back they don't ever change you payment date to accommodate your most recent payment. Sometimes not having access to my storage for months if i fall behind.

This is the cheapest storage I've seen and Lily is very personable.

This is my first time renting a storage unit and my initial experience was great here, particularly due to Lily, the manager. When I was moving my stuff into the unit, it was late after the office had closed and I was having trouble finding my unit since it was an interior unit. I called the number on the iStorage website and while the representatives were friendly, they were pretty clueless about the layout of the units. Lily came outside and flagged me down asking if I needed help. She walked us directly to the unit and even let me borrow a lock the first night until the office opened the next day when I could purchase a new one when I realized I couldn't find mine. Moving is stressful, but Lily definitely went above and beyond to make sure my experience was smooth and enjoyable.

I never rented a storage prior. I told Lily what I was looking for and she provided me with a couple options. Once I decided what I want, she did the paper work for me along with the access code. The code didn't work the first time so I came back into the office and she immediately fixed it even though she had other customers there. I waited for her outside a little bit after I took all my stuff out. I was going to go back later that day, but she called me and we did everything over the phone. So that saved me a trip. Overall, I would definitely use their service again because I had a great customer experience with Lily. Thank you.

Great place to rent a storage unit. Price is ok, I guess. It seems like the longer I have the unit the more expensive it gets. Yet it is still affordable. The employees and owner are very friendly and professional. The property is very clean and well maintained. Other renters are respectful and protective and private of their own unit(s) and property. They mind there own business and keep to themselves and who they came with. The area is great. Shopping close by and food! Also well patrolled by the Chelmsford police officers. I feel my belongings are safe at this location and I would recommend this place to friends and family.

I storage has been easy and effective. A nice Dry Non moldy space and LILY is the mascot / leading lady there. She’s a no nonsense, direct and good woman. My only complaint was not a complete surprise as I had heard storage companies often do the bait and switch, but the initial competitive price they had originally charged was raised within 6 months or so. $20 or so... If I were not moving i may have switched to another company or gotten my act together to get rid of stuff. Mainly, I’ve been very happy with I storage on Glen ave in Chelmsford , MA. It has always felt safe and is very clean on the grounds and well run by LILY!

I’ve been using this place for the past two years to store my items and have always had a great experience each time. My husband and I recently moved and when we went to clear out our units (2) we did notice some mouse droppings on our things. When I let the office know, Lily and Sheena were so supportive and assured me that pest control would be contacted ASAP and offered cleaning wipes. They were also nice enough to take our old full-size box spring off our hands since it was unusable. This place is friendly, convenient, and secure with easy access. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to store their items. Thank you Lily for all of your help!

We are new customers to iStorage. Their prices are competitive but not anything exceptional. Lilly is the site manager and she is wonderful. Great lady with loads of experience that will do whatever she can to help you. There is another person there, I think his name is Jay, that was not helpful at all. He was slow and unhelpful. Recommend you wait for the manager to get what you need.

Was greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist Lily. Prices are reasonable. And the units were clean and seemed well maintained. When I was switching to a larger unit my other unit was left open and they drove by and asked if that was mine left open on purpose... It was , and I appreciated that they keep an eye open for things like that!

Lily is great and fast! So I reserved a small unit online and when I went in, I was greet by lily, she explain every little detail to me. And I decide to do a transfer, so I got the bigger unit to store my car for winter or bad weather and she was very helpful. I recommend this place to anyone!

Luis is the man! He walked me through the paperwork extremely quickly and frankly I just had a good time with him. Great customer service and more importantly great storage units.
