If you are like my niece who needed a place to store her furniture for 6 months - this is the place. The manager was patient and understanding while we compared sizes. All the units were clean and Ken even came out and changed the light bulb a month after we moved in.

Overall affordable for what we got - a large unit that was climate controlled. The only complaint we had was the lock to the climate controlled area no longer locked or was removed(honestly we weren't sure because we didn't recall getting an update on that from when we first got the unit and the entire building was locked), and it wasn't the best climate control. But, staff was very pleasant and helpful, always quick to call back, and never had an issue with billing or anything like that. Access (aside from the building lock) was always available via keypad, and plenty of room to park and move around.

So far my experience has been very positive with iStorage. I reserved a unit online and came in today for move in and Nicole was very helpful, informative, and thorough. I really appreciated how efficient the process is and how wonderful the customer service I experience was. The location also seems very safe, clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs!

I'm new to renting storage space. I have now rented 2 storage units with the help of Nichole Bradford. She has walked me through the process in a very professional and polite manner, has answered all my questions and provided needed guidance. Her facility will be top of mind for any future storage needs!

Recomended! This location is easily accessible to pull large moving vehicles next to. The outside access is well lite, open, clean, code entry & exit, and safe with security! I rented a large unit for several years. There were no leaks or pests. All of my furniture was kept in the same condition! Upon closing my unit, I missed the regular office hours. Before I called, I was impressed to receive a call, to bring to my attention, there was no lock on my unit! It made me that much happier I trusted them over the years.

Security is good but they keep raising their rent and for me a senior on a fixed income it is hard hanging on to the things that means so much to you.

Edit: The process moving out was easy enough. They don't answer phones or emails which was a bit sketchy. I left emails and voicemails and they did eventually send an email confirmation stating they acknowledged I moved out. So i'll give them some bonus stars for that. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I don't know if it's due to covid and technical difficulties. My bank statement keeps showing that iStorage keeps giving my rent back. I'm getting that automated call "Your unit is past due." I keep paying and they send it back. I'm getting frustrated and i'm not getting through to anyone at that location. No one has responded to emails or phone calls. The website's user experience isn't the best. It won't update my address or information. My family and I have used this location for years, but i'm considering leaving.

Staff ultra cool. Price is in the middle of hi/lo. Some of the asphalt lanes of the lot require major repair. Always hoping my tires don't get punctured. My unit sliding door is defective and comes out of the track. It's hell to get it back. They've offered to repair it. It's just difficult to schedule the time to be there for the repairs. So that's on me. Good place.

FANTASTIC.... AMAZING.... THE EXPERIENCE OF A LIFE TIME! You never know what to expect when walking into a storage facility but this one is absolutely breathtaking and this is my experience. From the moment you enter the office you are greeted with the sweet scent of lavender and cottonwood which whisks you back to a simpler time and conjures images of the days when people took pride in their work and workplace. Next you may notice the warm smiles from the two lovely women who run that location (Jamie & Katie) who are not only shining examples of professionalism (in an industry which is sadly lacking such qualities), but serve as a reminder that even though it may be cold and harsh outside there is warmth and comfort inside the office at Simply Self Storage Hall Road. Yes, renting storage with the people of Simply Self Storage hall road is a magical experience. When I walked in I didn’t know what I was looking for but Jamie took the time to make sure my experience was fantastic. First she showed me several units and explained in plain terms how much could fit in their various size units. With her help I found a unit on her property which was not too big or to small but much like Goldilocks I found one which was just right. I was also shocked at just how clean the units we toured were, I assumed they would be “basically an old garage”. I have never been so wrong in my life it was astounding how spotless these all have been kept. I caught myself wondering “How do they keep it so clean” as Jamie escorted me back to their beautiful office I got my answer. Katie again warmly greeted us then without hesitation picked up cleaning supplies and headed out as if a Viking shield maiden heading to war, a majestic site to be sure. That’s how it’s done, hard work and determination to keep this magical place pristine. Now came the paperwork, surely this like all paperwork will be a labyrinth of legal pitfalls and tedium, the lease would serve as the Jabberwock of this adventure. I was wrong again, Jamie guided me effortlessly through the paper work quickly and efficiently leading to the lease which wielding her pen like a vorpal blade explained what I needed to do and what the outcome may be, then together we slay that beast of legal nonsense. Transaction complete I felt a new sense of awe and wonder. It was akin to waking up after a long nights rest this is how the world should work, quick clean, efficient and friendly. More businesses need to take note of the service at Simply Self Storage hall road provided by Jamie and Katie and immolate and replicate what they offer. Plus the crappers clean, that’s always a good sign! Rate increases kinda suck, but its pretty standard. Competitive prices on the units but their boxes seem a little pricey.

I STOPPED IN FOR STORAGE INFO. JAMIE AND KATIE WERE VERY HELPFUL! THEY ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION I HAD AND THEN SOME. GREAT JOB LADIES!

Great storage place, very convenient location right on hall road. Staff is very nice and helpful. This location was $20 dollars less per month then Public storage a quarter mile west of the location. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Location is okay, needs work on the parking lot but other than that it's fine. Stall is friendly.

I stored my things here for a little over a year, and I'm very pleased with the service I received. The unit was clean and secure. I dealt with Jamie in the front office both when I rented the unit and when I moved out of it, and she was very friendly and helpful. If needed, i will definitely store here again.

I have been here for just over a year now and I love the customer service I receive from the ladies that work here. They are very efficient and friendly, and always makes me feel my business is welcomed. I am able to get in, pay my bill, and get out with no problems or waiting a long time, they are true professionals. The grounds and inside the office has always been clean and neat. I would refer this place to anyone who needs a storage unit.

I worked with Jamie here 2 years ago for storage while we in between houses and the service we received was excellent. We are now prepping to move again and we came back because of our good experience last time.

So far it has been a great experience. I do not remember the name of the young lady that assisted me, but she was very friendly and very helpful.
