This is the best storage facility in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Attentive, clean, and reasonable pricing. The manager Mike is phenomenal and goes above and beyond. He even went out of his way to help deliver my son when I went into active labor at iStorage.

Great storage facility! We used them as a short-term solution while we moved to a new home. Price was reasonable and Amy was incredibly helpful! Always had great interactions with the staff. The experience was OK. The on-line ability to reserve a unit would not work if I did NOT want the insurance protection. So I had to elect it and then get a refund later (it was only a partial refund, short of $5). Otherwise, the process was good and Mike was very helpful.

Registration process was smooth. Recieved first month promotion rate. Very transparent process. Satisfied with storage and customer service. Highly recommended.

Okay so yes five stars! The employees at the Rochester hills facility all act professional and they are very helpful. That would have been Bonnie and Heather, but now as I understand it is just Katy and she is very good at her job! I'm very satisfied with istorage.I especially like that the prices are'nt jumping up frequently like some of the other storage places!

My mother was in transition of a move and we contacted istorage to store her belongings. The movers arrived before I got back into town and istorage was a blessing! Katie and her team made sure the movers had access after hours for drop off and were kind enough to contact me about a missing key the next day. I had called ahead and spoke with Katie about what storage unit I needed and when I arrived it was all set for me. We did the paper work and she showed me the unit. It was clean and the entire property is clean and neat. She was very kind and professional. We had to stop by later that day after dark to pick something up from storage and the entire area is well lit. I highly recommend this location. It's easy to get to from 59.

Love the location and always friendly staff

Hard to find the first time, but just turn into the driveway to McDonalds and go west. Katie at the desk is so helpful and friendly. Prices are fair, location is just off of M59 exit ramps. Box and supplies are almost 50% cheaper than Lowe’s, I was so mad I bought boxes somewhere else just prior to stopping in to reserve my unit.

The reception was really good. They did a good job of explaining everything. Would have been 5 stars but for the mandatory $10.00 a month Insurance which I didn't know about until I was ready to sign. In the end it kind of worked out good.

This was my first storage unit and after looking around it's insane how much other places wanted in the area. But this one was close, easy to set up (the service was very helpful, friendly and honest on pros and cons) and very inexpensive.

Not easy to find, but I return to use due to the best service along with clean facility and storage area I've ever used. I also have to mention they look out for you by trying to minimize bugs/bees from invading the units where possible. I've been using this facility since 2010 where there were two years I did not need to use. I come back because of what I stated above, clean units and friendly/helpful service. Katie is the best!
