Antonio was the First person I met in Michigan after moving in from North Dakota. I was exhausted and didn’t feel like talking much. He was so friendly, kind and helpful that I immediately started to feel better. He even kept the doors open when I showed up at closing time with my uhaul. Through out the year here that I had two storage units, he was very helpful with all of my change of addresses and getting new card payments. We laughed a lot about how many times we had to talk on the phone. But Easy to get ahold of. Units were great. Highly recommend. Amazing service ! .

Great facility with wonderful management. After booking online there was a bit of a mixup up with what I wanted and what I had reserved. Antonio was extremely kind and eager to help and got me switched into a unit that fit my needs quickly and for an excellent price. It’s also worth noting the facility is quite secure and clean. Update 6/10/21. I used to Love this storage company. Monthly rate is higher than other places. Rate went up $10/month in Jan 21 and now I just received an email that it's going up ANOTHER $19 starting July 2021. I will definitely be moving my things out of there before end of month. Update: Left iStorage for a cheaper monthly rate to Public Storage and Public Storage is even more EXPENSIVE than iStorage is now. Going to try to go back to iStorage. Update: October 4, 2022. I've gone back to iStorage and I'm mostly happy with it. My biggest issue is that setting up my account for online payment isn't working. I prefer to be able to make payments online, NOT through Autopay option. Please fix your website and I'll edit my ratings. Thank you

I have just reacently moves out if my storage today after a year n a half. I had had some troubke paying n was in dear of losing my belongings n my kids belongs. I would have given a 5 Star rating. I had the storage unit for over 1 year. The first manager was alright. However, since Katie became manager the location seems cleaner. There is a faster response to calls made to the location. Customer service is important to me. Katie has the customer service skills, polite, easy to talk to, calm demeanor, and as mentioned before prompt response of calls. I would recommend this facility, with Katie as the manager.

If they ever need maintenance done on your unit they will call and notify you in a timely manner. They also leave thorough messages to inform you of what's going on if you can't answer their calls. Our unit was clean and the area is safe. If you live in the area and need a storage unit, I recommend this place.

Needed immediate, short-term storage and this place was great. Jason, the manager, helped me to determine what sized unit would be best. He showed me around to the available units and made it easy to sign up. When it was time to move on, he was nice enough to point out that they had a 10-day rental program. I forget what it's called, but for existing customers, who are moving out, it allows you to pay for the first 10 days of the month and if you are able to get your stuff moved in that time, then you are all set. Saved me about $100 with that suggestion. I'd easily return to this place if I am in the need for additional storage.

This location made my storage experience very easy and hassle free. I was sent from another location and things were ready for me as I got there. Denise was very kind and accommodating. I would suggest this location to everyone :)

Good facility at a good location. Using them to hold my items during a move. I thought it was a bit pricey, but then again, I don't know much about storage facilities. They have good hours that work great for me.
