All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

The price is definitely right as well as the location. Upon renting my locker online, I discovered that there were no office hours, closed Sun-Sat. So reaching someone local was a little tricky. However, after a few phone calls and emails to the national call center I was contacted by Megan who is becoming the new full-time site manager at this location. Megan was extremely friendly and helpful. She gets an A+ for her customer service. I met Megan on site a day later to attend to a lighting issue in the hallway that my locker is in. She came up with the solution right away, and I am happy to have transferred my things from another big box storage company to NSA iStorage. Thanks again Megan and Ashley!

I used this iStorage location for two years. I had an exceptional experience. There are a few key things that come to mind. First, the facility is very secure. I was never concerned about my belongings being stolen. Additionally, the staff communicate very well. If there were ever any important updates I received a notification in the mail. My unit and the adjoining hallway were also very nice. They were always clean, and I never had any issues with leaking water or any maintenance-related issues. Lastly, Rebecca and all the staff are very helpful and friendly. If there is ever anything you need they are available during set business hours. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking storage in the Shakopee/Savage area.
We have a storage here and got it about a year ago. They are amazing here, we even forgot to pay one time and they called us without charging a late few or anything. We then lost our key to our lock on our storage and within a few hours they helped us get into our storage. They are clean, low priced and easily accessible but with it being gated you no your things are safe, as only people that have the code can get through.

This is the best storage facility I have ever used! Rebecca has been more than fantastic at helping me with my locks, payments she has cleaned up the grounds and most importantly she has made so many Police calls, grounds checks etc to ensure all of our belongings are safe and that people are NOT LIVING IN THESE UNITS! Seriously I have recommended so many people to different places such as restaurants, hotels etc but hands down I’ve never been happier to send people to THIS istorage!

I was canceling my storage unit and had already paid for the next month. The contract states that they do not pro rate the rent, which I knew. Jeramie made a phone call to corporate and they agreed to give me most of my money back for the next month. He went above and beyond and I would highly recommend Istorage and particularly Jeramie for helping me out when he really didn’t have to.

New, well maintained facility with full fire protection and security system in all units which was important to me since a lot of my things had sentimental value and couldn't be replaced. Free use of their moving truck and really nice office/lounge/restroom. Price was comparable to others in the area. Pleasant, helpful people in the office. Highly recommended!
