Just started renting a unit, but so far very happy with the experience. Daniel was very helpful with getting everything set up and showing me around. I put my first car load of stuff in my unit by myself on Sunday. No problems and felt comfortable.

Anthony was great! I had no idea what kind of storage I was looking for or the availability there was but he walked us through the whole process and very informative and helpful. I came in last week to change the lock on my storage and I was dreading it because of the horrible management I dealt with a while ago. I was greeted by Kylee and Holly and they helped me with all my questions and concerns. This place has completely turned around since they started working here and you can tell how much they take pride in their work. The office was clean and it smelled amazing. Tiffany at the Colorado Springs Store on king street is very helpful and kind. I have been a customer here since 2008, I have seen property managers come and go over the years and she has been the best thus far. If the review was based solely on her i would give a 5 although corporate has been slow on upgrading the camera system and we have been told this upgrade would happen years ago. Other than that I would recommend this facility. Like I said Tiffany is very helpful and kind to her customers. Once corporate follows through on the cameras I will surely upgrade me review to a 5.

Storage is a storage, this one is convenient located close to my condo, however, they claim it to be at 10‘ x 10‘ and I measure it to be 9‘ x 9‘. I don’t care about the size discrepancy however, I’m getting charged for 100 ft.² and I’m getting 81. They claim the sizes are approximate. I guess it is what it is.

Phil has been so helpful and Knowledgeable. He runs that SSS so well and he is very professional along with caring about his tenants. The place is clean and very well run. Phil is such an asset to your company. If this man hasn’t had a raise you should give him one. He is very deserving of it. I can assure you he cares about your business. Hide Away storage was bought out by I Storage, and the price nearly doubled without notice to the renters who were there prior to the buy out. Not very professional.

as long as your payment is on time there are no problems. It is a little expensive and like every other storage place the price you start at doesn't stay that way for long before it goes up $30 which is bait and switch to me with they all do it and they all get away with it

No gimmicky fuss at these locations. Corp neglect of the properties beware; however, Courtney and Karen, the custodians of College Station NSA storage, these ladies are forthcoming and helpful. They provide excellent customer service and we had pleasant and humorous interactions. Storage as a product; the 1002 facility has a couple of quirks; 1) there is only one entry/exit gate and the position of the keypad requires most drivers to exit their vehicle to interact with the entry pad, but they may stay in their vehicle on exit (requires a gatecode to leave). There is not a vehicle sensor on exit, which is better for security but less convenient. 2) most of the units appear to have a raised foundation that creates a step 4" to 8" tall (eyeball estimate) which makes for a trip hazard and slightly less convenient storage but this should provide some protection from flooding when this region "enjoys" its stupidly heavy storm rains. 3) the 10x30 that I saw was close to dimension, with apprx 9' ceilings and insulation. The 10x25 I am renting has apprx 8'3" ceiling. It also has a few small gaps at the rear of the unit bug enough to allow rodents access. I will probably stuff course steel wool in these locations every few months and keep an eye out for droppings. These are not luxury storage units and they aren't marketed as such so, I think I received a reasonable rate and can comfortably deal with the quirks. The 1002 facility has the closest actual measurements to the advertised dimensions that I have seen in town so I don't feel ripped off here.

You can believe all the nice things that have been posted about Michael, the property manager at the Canby location - I found Michael to be every bit the helpful, competent, and cheerful guy everyone has already written about. The location is not easy to get into from the north, but Michael is the main reason to store your stuff here. Security is good, access hours are long enough - I just wish Michael was 24/7 - there are few like him in the self-storage world!

The facility is well laid out, extremely clean, no trash no junk cars and many safety features. Daniel at the reception desk is knowledgeable, thorough and patient and made the initial transaction easy. Last week a renter had a severe health emergency. While we waited for the ambulance, Daniel made him comfortable and once he was on his way to the hospital Daniel secured his vehicle and locker contents. Never got flustered, just did what he needed to do and the man with the health emergency left the hospital to go home 24 hours later. I highly recommend Moove In Self Storage Telford.

This building is such a fun place. It offers several floors of storage, and a couple floors of mixed use workshop / storage space. Interesting characters abound working on all sorts of projects and disciplines. I rented a workshop space on the 6th floor, and loved my experience with staff, management, and the other tenants. The prices are very fair and the atmosphere is way outside of the cookie cutter self storage places available elsewhere. The 110 year old building was originally a John Deere implement factory, and still offers the same giant freight elevator built for its original use. The elevator does have occasional issues, but the owners make repairs quite rapidly. 10/10, would recommend!

I went with my elderly aunt to rent a storage unit and what a pleasant experience! To be quite honest, I was not prepared for how wonderful they treated my aunt. Anika walked her through the leasing process and answered ALL of her questions and Joe was fabulous in making sure she know how to gain access, etc. AND the storage unit was super clean...knowing how fussy my aunt can be, it was perfect. Thank you all!

The lady at the office is amazing at what she does, I do believe the prices are too high and keep getting higher as is everywhere but Alexis needs a raise along with those prices. She made the transition smooth even with me living out of state. She continued the hard work on getting me a refund for the unused remainder of the month. Istorage is a really great place for storage of personal property. The manager, I think her name is Jennifer, is just Outstanding! She has an assistant, I think her name was Debbie and I stopped by yesterday and needed a storage unit and boy did they go to town on the customer service efforts. There's very few public places where you can go and find someone that from the moment you walk in just takes care of everything. She knows what she's doing and handles everything on the spot. The gates and snow removal are reliable and they go out of their way to try to solve your storage needs.

I have been a customer at Moove in Storage in Newton for quite a while now. And although I don’t typically write reviews I wanted to take the time to let anyone that may be interested in renting a storage unit know that I am beyond satisfied with the Newton Moove in Storage. The facility is well kept and maintained by Anthony. He is also there on site to help you out with any issues or questions that you may have. He’s a super nice guy and always does his best to resolve any issues or concerns that I may have. There are surveillance cameras everywhere and a secure gate at the entrances which ensures me that my belongings are safe at all times. The location is also extremely convenient being just a couple minutes from the town of Newton. If you’re looking for a 5 star storage facility than look no further than the Newton Moove in Storage.

They were really nice and helpful. They even held a shed for me for about 2 weeks just off of one conversation with me. Theu tool a risk not knowing if I was gonna take the unit or not. Pricing is great and having insurance makes it 1 step better in case of emergencies with weather and whatnot.
