We've had a large storage space here for years and the previous company and manager tortured us monthly on changing rates, policies, or whatever was on their minds that day - so we were alwasy search to move somewhere more stable, despite this being desently clean but most especially secure despite all else. Right when we were going to move this last summer a new company bought it, and appointed an incredible manager named Lois Lanegan, and her attention to tenants, stable professional demenaor was so good we stayed - now this place is run the way it should for the people as customers, not as traped slaves to the whims as before - a great place if you can get in now! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So far... has been the easiest process I've had to date to rent a unit online and pay for it and move in same day. Not to mention the price for a 10x10 with $12 rental insurance literally was $69. As so are the months following will be 69 dollars total. Best numbers I've seen ever

This is a great storage facility. It's well kept & have great lighting.The property manager Mr. Milton is very nice & professional. He was extremely helpful with answering any questions & insuring a safe place for me to store my items. I had no issues the years I stored at this location. I watched Mr. Milton carry the same caring & calm demeanor with other tenants whenever I went in to pay my bill. I would definitely recommend this location!

Last week at this facility, I won an abandoned unit on auction. When I called the number from the website, an offsite person notified me that the facility was closed on, Thursdays, their normal day off and the day the auction was over. I asked her to please leave an email for the manager on site from me, to just call me back, whenever. I was bummed, cause I was free that day and not so much the next one. Shortly after that call, I received a call from, Mr. David, letting me know that he was there on-site and fully opperational on auction days. I went straight over and I really appreciated that call. It has been only a pleasure working with with Mr. David and Miss Michelle, as well. I only saw her a couple times, but she was polite, helpful and kind to me. David made the whole process quick and painless. Now, unlike other facilities, but understandably, when not a tenent, but rather as an auction buyer, we do not get a passcode to the facility and can only access won units, during regular business hours. As I went back and forth, I had to get him to come out and open the gate for me. Each day we were there is was basically a blizzard outside. Ha. I felt bad having to make him come out, but he was cool and happy to be there each time. I’m grateful for that sort of mentality. He was fast to get me in and out and respectful of my time. Also, he was very polite in general, not only to me, but to my family when they came once to help me out. He was knowledgeable and over the duration of my time there, he answered my questions. Thanks Bro. I appreciate you coming into work, especially during a decent blizzard. It gets icy out there. Everyone stay safe! Glad you’re in town man. Walking in here is such a relief compared to so many other businesses, especially the corporate storage unit chains like UHaul…they actually greet you, hold conversation, and give good recommendations based on your needs. Felicia in particular was extremely nice and helpful. As for the facility, it’s clean and easy to access. These are the kind of people I have no problem recommending to anyone.

I sized down to a smaller unit. i’ve been storing items here for over 15 years. the new property manager Cynthia was absolutely fantastic. she’s very professional- answered my calls & email in a timely manner. she made the cutover to a smaller unit very easy for me. my storage is so accessible- easy to get in & out w/ walking a mile. you can’t go wrong here. call or stop in and Cynthia will take care of you!

When we moved to Prineville, we were in need of a storage facility. We found Northwest and were impressed with its cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the office staff. We just moved out of our space, and I noticed that our belongings stayed clean, there was no evidence of rodents and also no spiders. Local manager Courtney was friendly, helpful, terrific at solving a reservation mistake I made and getting me moved in smoothly. Since iStorage took over this location cleanliness of the hallways and availability of carts has deteriorated but I'm hoping that just a start up problem. They also closed the tenant bathroom which is a major disappointment.

Thank goodness. Theresa is back. The location on Green Hills was missing her extra special care of renters but more importantly the cleanliness has improved dramatically. Not just inside but trash picked up outside. She was outside washing the glass sliding doors and windows when I arrived one day and there are many surfaces to clean. The bathrooms are spotless. I know staffing is sometimes difficult but this location has redeemed itself over the last several months of neglect. Five stars for Theresa for sure.

I found the staff at Manchaca absolutely professional and informative. They went above and beyond to accommodate my requests.

I recently had an issue with my card and payment to secure Care Storage. I spoke on the phone with the local branch manager on Eisenhower Drive in Savannah, Georgia about my issues and concerns in regards to the monthly Auto draft from my account. I thought the issue was resolved when I called the customer care line just after business hours in regards to this issue, and that associate (outsourced) assured me that all was in line and that my auto draft was reinstated with my new card that had been compromised at another business. The next month came around, and the issue was not resolved by the outsourced associate that said I should have no further problems. At this point, not very happy, in fact upset. I decided to take this issue directly to the local secure Care storage facility and try and take care of the situation. There I met Tasha, the branch manager, for the first time in person. She calmly listened to my concerns, and was very patient with me in dealing with my issues. The issue I was having, had NOTHING to do with Tasha in ANY way. But she very calmly researched what we were talking about in her office, and very quickly addressed and corrected what was wrong. Tasha is a rockstar! She is a valuable asset to Secure Care, if I ever have any problem or any issue or concern, I will certainly go to Tasha first, because she has proven to be a very professional, respectful, efficient and kind manager that takes her job seriously. I truly walked into her office yesterday, not happy and was frustrated. I walked out with a smile on my face knowing that my issues were resolved and that I had an awesome, personable, and helpful associate who will help me out in time of need. My unit was broken into (my own fault for having a cheap lock that was easy to bust open), and she went above and beyond to help me get it secured again. I was living out of state at the time and couldn't swing by with a new lock, so she used one of their own until I found make it back. My 5th wheel trailer has been stored in the covered parking area since 2020. Bonnie is the Property Manager and I want to take this opportunity to thank her for her prompt response to a few issues I have encountered over the years. She has greatly assisted me in resolving those issues. I appreciate her professionalism, understanding and willingness to assist me resolve my space issues. All of my issues are related to the ability for me to safely enter my space. The turning radius for my 36ft trailer is not long enough to completely drive through and center my trailer into my space, especially when my neighboring trailer is more than 20ft long. Then in most cases, if I have a neighboring trailer on the door side of mine, I cannot open my trailer door nor pull out my slides to pack or unpack my trailer before/after my trip.

The new property manager, Bonnie, is incredibly nice. I don’t even have a unit at this facility, but my friend does and she made a point of introducing herself and letting us know she was new and asked if there was anything she could do to help us. My buddy was distracted when she was talking to us and dropped a bag of cement, which broke, and she didn’t hesitate, ran and grabbed a broom and dust pan and insisted on sweeping up the mess, even though I offered to do it. Crazy nice lady 5 stars for sure…

We own Destin Vacation Company and we have used Southern for years and just got an even bigger unit. They have always treated us like family. Always clean and friendly staff.

Came in to the office to give my notice that i will be vacating Lily has always been good tp me amd my family i have been renting rbis unit for 4 year amd it has beem a very good expiriance.

Mrs. Amanda is absolutely wonderful! The facility where my unit is located was sold and Mrs. Amanda became our manager. She had to negotiate a difficult ownership transfer while dealing with multiple people and did all that with humor, grace, kindness, and professionalism. She is an incredible asset to the company and community.

Staff is always friendly and shows concern if you have any issues. Nice upkeep of the outside of the buildings, clean common area in the climate control units. I have a few units here and the price is reasonable.

I have an elderly family member who needed a storage unit and Carl was super helpful. He made things very easy for her and even saved me from making the 3 hour drive. She was super thankful for his help and plans to make him cookies in the near future.

We had our furniture in this storage for 6 years. When the movers brought our furniture to our new home it was in perfect condition, just like we left it. Actually there was not even a layer of dust on our items after 6 years. This place is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. We recommend this Location to everyone. By the way, our storage unit went through hurricane Ida and we had no issues. Highly recommendedd !!!!!

I went to Istorage on Middlebrook pike. When I got there, the first thing I noticed was how well the property is being maintained. I love that the first impression is always very important. Speaking of first impressions spoke to Charissa Vaughn. She seemed very sweet, She was very courteous, Professional and she was very attentive to what you wanted. She showed us around. She knew a lot about the premises and the company. And to tell you the truth, I do believe that in the near future, we will be getting a storage building there. Based on the quality of service that I had got there.
