Tara and Lois are wonderful! They help you in any way they can if you have a late payment to make it less! They should get a raise! The only thing I’m not fond of is that the company raises the price of the units every 6 months or so.

Tara was super helpful helping me find my storage unit and getting me a lock. She was very friendly and made sure I didn't need any other assistance. I would recommend using iStorage.

They have made it fairly easy to rent a storage unit. No one likes admin fees, yet for the price of the storage unit in comparison to units available elsewhere are better priced. Access is not 24/7 but open from 6 a.m.-10 pm gate close works.

Quick and easy to sign up online.

For starters the rental process is ridiculously quick and easy. I had planned on not being able to get everything taken care of until the office was open, however I was pleasantly surprised to find EVERYTHING could be completed online which opened up a whole two to three hours in my already busy day. Someone from the office (I want to say…Tarah?) even called me a few hours later to make sure I had my gate code and everything and made sure if I had any questions or needed anything to let them know. It’s a very nice, clean, and well maintained facility and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We've always had a good experience with IStorage, from the first time that I made contact with them while still be out of state, up to the current date. We just had to recently obtain another unit and it was so easy to do online. Also, ordering it online gave us a discounted price on the monthly fee. I highly recommend them for your storage needs.

I've had my storage unit for years. Aside from minor things it's fine. Safe area, your unit won't get robbed, staff are generally friendly. No on site manager becuase the apartment caught fire but the cameras work, you can see the monitors when you go into the office. It's what you expect when you store your stuff.

Perfectly friendly and helpful, and you can fit a lot of stuff in less space than you realize.

Hi storage appears to be a national franchise or corporate organization that has been purchasing existing facilities, certainly here in the Carson City area. They had three RV spaces available which was rather unique. I took one of them right away. The Manager it's hard working and sincere.. this group and all the others I was researching really want to do everything online. I had the spot the manager had shown me and had begun doing paperwork on, but the online corporate people rented it right under my nose so to speak.

The whole process was pretty easy; I started by making a reservation online. Got a call back to confirm availability and went down to sign some paperwork, pay & was also showed where our unit was. The manager is great and very accommodating.

Convenient location for the things we need for our son's right away. They stay open until 10 which is even more convenient because I've had to go really late to get some things out of the truck and I've left 8 minutes to 10, of course I was panicking the gate would be locked on the way out but thank goodness they don't lock them early!

My experience here at iStorage on Fairview has been nothing less than incredible. Britney in particular has been amazing to work with. I had some personal matters that most people in her position would have disregarded because understandably, that's not a requirement for their "title". However, Britney has been consistent in communication, showed a tremendous amount of patience and brought a very fair and professional solution to my frustrating situation. She validated my issues while maintaining her assertiveness in the company's needs & requirements. All in all, she provided me with the best customer service imaginable and came to me with a fair solution. I would recommend iStorage to anyone and if you want top knotch customer service, go see Britney at the Fairview location!

There probably cheaper places, but the customer service is outstanding! I lost my key to my lock and was very upset that I had to pay to have my lock removed. They were very gracious, professional and quick to remove my lock for me. I really appreciated their professionalism even though I was short with them. My apologies for my disposition that afternoon and I really do recommend iStorage for a safe place to keep your treasures.

The team was professional and polite. Always there to help. John was great and very helpful. Office staff was also top notch. We moved to our new home and reduced our stuff was our reason fo leaving them. Thank you for being great!

John, the kind gentleman who I originally called to set it up was AMAZING! He made sure to get us our storage quickly and efficiently and was such a big help every step of the way. I called Brittany as I was moving back to Carson after many years living out of state. Both Brittany and her assistant help me reserve a shed a few weeks ahead of time so I could have everything squared away for the movers. When we arrived at the facility on moving day, Brittany and her assistant came out to check on the shed and blew it out one last time. Once we were all loaded, they checked in on us to make sure everything was in order. In a time of stress and anxiety related to moving, these two ladies were very considerate and professional, and I'm glad I chose this storage location.

This is a long over due review. When I first moved I had to bring a load in the evening and my code didn't work. After a call to Robert Paul he was kind enough to come down after hours to let me in. Clean facility and a fair price.

My mother and I just moved to the Carson City area, and we had a 16' moving van to unload. We spent nearly the whole day unloading the van, and Robert Paul offered us the best customer service we've ever received. Throughout the day, he regularly checked on us, found help for us to move our larger furniture (even helped us himself), and rented another storage unit to us when we found we needed it last-minute. All the while, he was friendly, welcoming, and informative. This guy deserves 6 stars.
