The ladies greeted me so kindly and explained everything professionally. The price had changed on the unit i was on my way to view it, but they still honored the old price with no problem. The grounds are clean and gated.

Super easy and fast move in process. Very nice and professional office staff. Reservation was made online with a 3rd party deal and no issues with that during payment. Now paying a forth of what I was with another company!

I have to admit that I pay monthly a good amount just to keep my reality of a home life being homeless! I’m managing my time so I can get a place of my own! I feel safer knowing that I can return to being a functioning man again. As such I would love that they possibly rent smaller units available. I need a smaller one. I’m renting too big of a unit and I have the smallest one as it is my only complaint.

The staff here is always friendly and helpful. My stuff has been in and out of storage, for a few years now, and I always seem to come back to them. The only thing I could say, negatively about them is, they just raised my rate, back in December, but when I looked online the rates were the same as before. So it seems like, if you only rent, your storage for about a year your rate we'll stay the same. However sometime during the second consecutive year, your rates may change.

I helped a friend move his stuff out of here. He had issues with their management . I don't know much about it and actually looks just like every other storage facility nothing special or different

I'm glad you can drive to the 1st floor so I don't have to use an elevator. She said they don't have 2nd floors. Before I went to you I went to 2 different storage companies and they didn't have any storages on the 1st floor. I'm so happy that you are very close to where I live too.

Best storage facility in Las Vegas. Ladies in the office are amazingly helpful and efficient. Rates are reasonable.

Easy to get to from main road (E. Sahara Ave).. Key pads are wasy to reach, and access to drive up unit, is simple; lanes (car aisles) are wide and more than roomy enough, for two moving trucks to pass, side by side.

This place is very clean. People that run this place is really nice. Very helpful. Whenever I go to the storage the people that work there are driving around making sure your stuff is secure.

We went into the office and the 2 women in there were very pleasant. The young lady who took care of us took time to explain how things worked and what we needed to do. She also took time the next day when we were unloading the truck to offer to help me with a TV when it started raining as we were unloading.

My overall experience was totally positive; but I think that it would be extremely helpful to have a map on the counter so the desk personnel could have shown me where my unit was located. The photos online are a tad outdated so the business owner may want to either update their website or update their facilities appearance. The business is convenient located (on Sahara between Nellis & Lamb) which makes it ideal for local storage. Access & exit is via a code tho I've seen people tailgating to either enter or leave. And per their website, they do give a discount for 'active' duty personnel...I threw the gentleman for a loop when I asked if they gave military discount and I did say I was retired (a phone call was made and then the answer was, 'some times they do, some times they don't'). We've dropped off stuff everyday; easy in, easy out... Everyone in the office is friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this establishment for their storage units.

I was in a 10x10 storage unit that I shared, but my friend no longer needed it, so I needed to downsize to afford the unit. The storage unit was able to transfer me into a 5x10 unit, right up the isle from my old unit. One of the clerks had over charged us on our move-in price, and they corrected their mistake and gave me a $50.00 credit for the next month. And they also gave me the whole weekend to get moved to the smaller unit! They are so nice and helpful at Right Space Storage, especially Jessica, I believe she is the manager...

Very nice down to earth staff. I only wanted my rental for short term but, now considering expanding to a double unit for long term.

Moderately priced storage with moderate customer service.

I really like the storage unit, because you can drive right up next to it unload your stuff or load your stuff when you need to. I personally use this placed within the last year, but I have been here before they changed the name to Right Space Storage. Their prices are so far reasonable compared to other places, they're not necessarily the cheapest, but they're affordable. The picture I posted is the 10 x 22 unit, and we were able to store at least three bedrooms worth average household items. Only thing about this location, is that they kept telling me, that they're in the process of installing cameras, in the past year they never did, so their security seems to be a little low, and despite their efforts to keep people from living in their storage units, we've actually caught a couple people who I guess try to fake it, and ended up sleeping in their storage unit which is illegal, and I'm sure the owner didn't know. But had they had security cameras they probably would notice this. I'm sure this is an ongoing thing, but if security was tighter this that would not be happening. But other than that I do recommend it for your overall needs as far as storage goes.

Totally awesome customer service they will treat you right

I rent storage here and they let me downsize this past month from a 10×10 to a 5×10. My friend originally rented the 10×10 but no longer needs his half, and the manager was very cooperative and ended up crediting the account because of a mix-up on our bill. I had the whole weekend to move my things into the new unit which ended up not coincidently just down the row from the old unit; arranged for me to have an easier move! Thank you Jessica, and all, for keeping my treasures safe for me!!!

After doing much research, I decided on this storage facility. I reserved it for free online the day before & then rented a storage unit yesterday. Not only do they have the best prices in town with the lowest admin fee & ins cost & unit prices, they are running a great special. We preferred an outdoor, drive up unit & got that much cheaper than other places that were 2nd floor inside units. They are also in a convenient location. Tiffany provided me with exceptional customer service, she far exceeded my expectations. She was very professional & friendly at the same time, which was a nice welcome having just moved to LV. She also was very organized & made the process seamless & efficient. I was in & out. My unit was clean, dry & exactly what I was looking for. I give RightSpace Storage on E Sahara a 5 star based on value, quality & customer service. Thanks Tiffany, you were THE best! I would definitely recommend them!
