I have had contract with a few different storage facilities over the year. and StorAmerica is the Best. The Lady that manages the facility is very pleasant and helpful. The added bonus is that they let you borrow a 14'truck for a day for almost free ($25) to cover insurance. They even pay for the gas. I just canceled my contract with Extra Space Storage. Their prices were over inflated, and almost no customer service. So in closing less costly Storage Unit, Friendly service, and a free 14' truck to move in. That is a recipe for a happy customer.

Needed storage a cargo trailer. Calling and driving all over town, I stumbled upon StorAmerica and I'm glad I did... The moment I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly by the entire staff. I just want to share my extremely positive expierience at StorAmerica Robindale.. Im a new tenant about 2 weeks ago. Just recently i visited my storage. Im new to the "gate opening" process. Anyways i inadvertently "dropped my wallet" getting back into my vehicle. First time customer here. Process is super easy and staff is extremely helpful. They advertised that you can get a free moving vehicle with purchase of storage unit. Sadly all of their vehicles were booked. However, they told us to bring in the receipt of the vehicle we rented from another company and they would give us credit for the next month. We didn't ask for it, they just offered it. Great company.

Lady was very Nice gave me all the information that I needed And made sure I knew every stipulation of the contract she help me make a cup of coffee that was very delicious and walked me to my unit and did a walk-through and switch locks everything was great the only complaint I would have is that the gate is only open till 7:00 PM I wish it was open later or 24 hours

I don't think that we will be staying long because of your hours. They are absolutely absurd. Most people work from 9-5pm, your hours are 7am - 6:45pm. I wasn't thinking when I agreed to store there. I just moved in 10/2/2020.

I've never needed a storage unit up until recently, so I was very hesitant on storing my belongings just anywhere. I walked in just for an inquiry and looking to leave and carry on with my search. However, Kimberly answered any and all questions, made me feel very comfortable and her hospitality and people skills were amazing! Highly recommend! While others open late or are 24h, I really liked closing at 6pm since it's still daylight and feels safer to access. Also, moving out after 9 months was a breeze. Kim noticed I had moved out and proactively helped close my account avoiding another month's charge. That's great customer service. Will use again in future.

Arguably the best customer service experience I've ever had. Ty was phenomenal and deserves all the praise in the world for being helpful, attentive, knowledgeable and kind during the entire process. Prices are one of the best in the area and the unit was incredibly clean.

I looked at 10 other facilities and TY (Tiffany)and US STORAGE was the best in area . I have had 2 others and was just moving . The price ,TY the Mgr , and the cleanliness and setup of facility made it an easy decision. I had already decided on a different place and was driving by US STORAGE when i spoke to TY she setup a reservation for me and made it an easy process. If looking for storage facility check out US STORAGE first. You can tell TY works hard to keep place up and organized , I have been there for a week and she's running around constantly to keep up on the facility and customers.

Jenny is fabulous!!! Since US Storage took over in the beginning of December she has been helpful , courteous, and always willing to answer any questions I have cheerfully. What I most like about Jenny is that she is very knowledgeable about the storage units - for example, just which one will fit all my items - other storage facilities have not been as helpful - I have had to move my items into a bigger unit more that once. I have several friends who have moved into the area and when asked what storage facility is the best I refer to US Storage - just because of Jenny. I commend you for hiring her!!!!!
