Clean storage units they are fair and very reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and transparent with all questions and concerns. I did a lot of shopping around for a unit, and this place had not only what I needed but also the right prices. I try and stay away from the big names they seem to cost way too much and don't really treat you like a person so much as a paycheck. I have told quite a few people about this place, and they have been glad to have had a unit here or grateful for the one they currently have. I know I am. My only opposition is that I wish they had 24-hour access. Yet their hours are quite sufficient for many.

Holly and Jim are extremely helpful and provide amazing customer service - both with the units and the uhaul rentals. We’ve used several different storage units on the property and they’re always clean and dry.

I was in a pickle and needed a storage unit for undetermined time. Sales help at the desk on a Saturday, tried to get me pricing I was quoted, took the time to show me space, fast & painless paperwork . Only draw back was I had received pricing over the phone from main office, an hour later sitting at local office price has increased $33. Yeah not a biggie but a tad disappointed. Overall pleased with RightSpace would use again when/if needed

The manager was an absolute delight to work with. She made sure that I found a storage solution that was suitable for my needs and took her time to explain the intricacies of my lease to me, and even went above and beyond to help me book a moving vehicle for the day that I wanted to make my move. This made my transition very smooth. The storage site and unit was very clean and well kept, and I had no difficulty accesing and utilizing it. They also offer discounts on select storage units and tenures which is highly appreciated.

I was just "down sizing" to a smaller unit. The employee who helped me was very good and everything went smoothly. Only complaint I have is the usual, the units here in Dover, NH are quite a bit overpriced considering the local economy . Has been that way since Right Space bought out the previous owners. I've needed a unit for the last 9 years and the annual 10-12% price increase each & every year really sucks, totally out of touch with local "cost of living indexes" and economy. Plus the "required insurance" on each unit covers Right Spaces' asses for natural events/disasters but is one of those policies that seldom pay tenants losses even 10% of the real world value of their possessions. Just another "free" 10 dollars a month for Right Space. Wish there were better options around here but they bought up most of the other storage spaces around here so we are kind of screwed with Right Spaces HIGH prices.

I ordered my unit online. It was fast and easy. Great customer service at the office. Very helpful and friendly. Definitely recomend.

They do what you would expect from a storage business, very friendly and professional. One very nice touch. We moved out on a Saturday and I was going to call on that Monday. Before I could call them, they called me and said that they noticed that the unit was empty and did I want to cancel my monthly rental. Many places don't reach out and keep letting you pay the monthly fee until you notice that and cancel. I would recommend them to anyone in the Durham/UNH area.

Excellent place to put your stuff. I was able to store my paper valuables in an interior unit with a little bit of Damp-Rid until I could relocate them. It does get warm obviously during the summer but it was such a relief to have things stored in a well-built, leak-free and new facility. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond and access is never a hassle. Highly recommend.

I have rented a storage space April 2018 and I'm very impressed with the staff!! The employee's in the office know my name by heart and they make me feel very welcome when I come in to speak to them. I would recommend this particular storage space, for sure!!

Holly at the Dover location was absolutely incredible. Not only was she extremely friendly, but extremely efficient.. but that wasn’t even the highlight of my experience. With only a couple days left to move and extremely stressed, Holly went out of her way to link me up with a U-Haul rental last minute. My experience was wonderful. I was helped by Lauren and Ken. Lauren was very knowledgeable about all the processes for renting a unit. I got to view the unit and got a lock as well. Lauren sent me the paperwork which I messed up. Ken was so nice to help me with my dilemma. But I still missed some things and had to call Lauren a couple of times. Every time she answers the phone she is so nice. .She helped me figure it out and I was good to go.

The owners are super helpful and very responsive. I had issues with my gate code not working and Holly was awesome at resolving it fast and courteously.

An excellent solution for short and long term storage. I never had a problem. Never a leak, no water or mold, very dry place for important items. Also the online payment option is brilliant and very easy to use and convenient.

I used the Rightspace in Bow NH. I was more than happy. It felt like walking into a family members home. The man who helped me was very warm and relaxed and welcoming. The lot as well as the units are clean, the lay out is organized. Price is amazing! I even bought an all weather protective lock for my unit off the desk for only like 10 bucks.
