Smooth, online rental agreement. Representative was extremely knowledgeable and patient with our questions. Went to the office prior to moving our stuff into the storage unit just to get a lock. Staff member was so helpful and even came to the unit to assist us with our questions (twice!) Definitely recommend the Dover location and RightSpace in general.

I was able to secure my rental over the phone, which was great. I am moving in a month and wanted to make sure I had a unit nearby.

Went in with my boyfriend to rent a storage unit. Not knowing what size we would need, we explained our needs to Leah and she was able to get us the perfect size. Very easy process and the customer service was top notch, will recommend to others looking for some extra storage.

Clean storage units they are fair and very reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and transparent with all questions and concerns. I did a lot of shopping around for a unit, and this place had not only what I needed but also the right prices. I try and stay away from the big names they seem to cost way too much and don't really treat you like a person so much as a paycheck. I have told quite a few people about this place, and they have been glad to have had a unit here or grateful for the one they currently have. I know I am. My only opposition is that I wish they had 24-hour access. Yet their hours are quite sufficient for many.

This was my first time utilizing a storage space, and it was seamless. I was able to complete the entire process online and simply show up the next day to a nice clean storage space. We put our own lock on the door and that was that. Great system!

The manager was an absolute delight to work with. She made sure that I found a storage solution that was suitable for my needs and took her time to explain the intricacies of my lease to me, and even went above and beyond to help me book a moving vehicle for the day that I wanted to make my move. This made my transition very smooth. The storage site and unit was very clean and well kept, and I had no difficulty accesing and utilizing it. They also offer discounts on select storage units and tenures which is highly appreciated.

They do what you would expect from a storage business, very friendly and professional. One very nice touch. We moved out on a Saturday and I was going to call on that Monday. Before I could call them, they called me and said that they noticed that the unit was empty and did I want to cancel my monthly rental. Many places don't reach out and keep letting you pay the monthly fee until you notice that and cancel. I would recommend them to anyone in the Durham/UNH area.

Excellent place to put your stuff. I was able to store my paper valuables in an interior unit with a little bit of Damp-Rid until I could relocate them. It does get warm obviously during the summer but it was such a relief to have things stored in a well-built, leak-free and new facility. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond and access is never a hassle. Highly recommend.

I have rented a storage space April 2018 and I'm very impressed with the staff!! The employee's in the office know my name by heart and they make me feel very welcome when I come in to speak to them. I would recommend this particular storage space, for sure!!

Holly at the Dover location was absolutely incredible. Not only was she extremely friendly, but extremely efficient.. but that wasn’t even the highlight of my experience. With only a couple days left to move and extremely stressed, Holly went out of her way to link me up with a U-Haul rental last minute.
