Wanda has been extremely helpful on more than one occasion. My life has had a lot of moving parts lately which have caused stress but also misplaced my keys. Wanda hand things handled as soon as I let her know, and had me back in my unit in no time. The company is always communicative about changes and the units themselves are impeccably clean and well maintained.

Great service and a wonderful experience working with Wanda! Not often you find someone who wants to be so helpful and friendly! There are hundred Self Storage places, but I am glad I picked this location.

I was billed according to new requirements and was confused about why the information on file was not up to date. The property manager was able to walk me through what needed to be provided. She was very pleasant and patient while I provided the info. Once provided, it ended up saving me some money! Thanks for your help and patience.

Wanda in the office is the main reason why we use this facility. The facility in whole is great, clean and secure. Service from the office is amazing and truly personable. We will continue to use this facility for all of our storage needs!

Nice place well run someone is always there. The only problem I have is they had a problem with me being there longer than an hour or two with my camper as I was there boxing up stuff to be shipped.

The customer service here is outstanding. Everytime I interact with anyone who works there, they are extremely friendly and helpful. I was having a terrible day when the vacuum bag containing my very heavy king-sized mattress ripped open while attempting to move into my storage unit. Three staff members didn't even hesitate to help me drag my mattress outside (on a very hot day), up a hill, and into a larger unit in another area of the building with a larger storage unit. I was completely blown away by their kindness, and I would highly recommend this facility.

The attendant was upbeat, pleasant and informative, and made several very helpful suggestions. Signing up for a storage space was quick and easy, and everything was spotless and well organized. I especially appreciate the extended hours of operation - far more convenient than my previous storage provider.

Called to see if they had any units and they had 1 of what I was exactly looking for. There were two guys there Mike and I forget the other name. Currently have a unit and am torn between wether they r helpful or not. Had some issues, however certain employees were very accommodating, however dealt with the opposite from another employee. The units are clean, convenient and temperature controlled so I give the 5 stars until I see further...

I really like renting a truck , and a storage unit , The person in the office that took care of all that for me was very pleasant, nice and, was very helpful. He explained everything and went over it with me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needed your services. Needed a 10' x 10' storage unit for 4 months for technical equipment near Manchester, NH. Visited another 1st. It was dirty, not what they offered by phone, and DEFINITELY not secure! AND more expensive than Rightspace. Visited Rightspace, and instantly felt more comfortable leaving our high-dollar equipment there. The place is clean, well-lighted, and secure. Bonus: they provide the locks. Joey at the front desk was an awesome young man! I had trouble with my employer needing changes made to the agreement, and Joey did it for them on the spot. He was very patient and accommodating. We we're also able to benefit from the 1st month free special, even though we are only renting for 4 months. Super!

Facility was very clean and secure. Staff was very helpful in getting us set up with the previously made reservation. The unit was clean and the lock/door worked great. The music playing around the units was a great feature that at first I dismissed, but was great while moving our stuff into the unit.

I had immediate customer service, and a speedy sign up. The security and prices are amazing. The only thing preventing me from giving five stars is I was told signing up for a lease was only $20 on the phone. But it really was almost $50 when I was there.
