Yes, insurance is a requirement for any storage unit. If you have homeowners or renter's insurance, it may also extend to your storage unit. Please check your coverage with your agent to see whether storage coverage is included or can be added to your policy. If you do not have your insurance, we require SBOA Tenant Insurance for your items. It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment - should you opt to pay in person - purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.
Great storage facility and great staff. Zach is a great and truly watches out for the customers. I had a small 5x5 unit and eventually needed additional space so I moved over to a 5x10. Zach took the time to notice that I used the space frequently as a place to leave building materials and tools for my job, and suggested I reserve a specific unit so the roof wouldn't drip on me in the winter. I was also veery impressed as every time I went into the office, which was only a handful of times over the years, he knew me by name each time. Facility itself is very good with communication, a few times the gate had mechanical issues and they repaved, each of these were clearly communicated with the renters. They also actively maintain the units, my unit had the weather seal replaced just prior to me renting the space.

The gentlemen that serviced me was nice and helpful. I was disappointed that there was no special savings on the rate considering there is a lot of other storage places that offer specials with there storage free storage first month. Free use of moving vehicle etc. None are offered with Right Space Storage. I hope you security of the premises makes up for it with the rental. I also don't understand why i had to pay $20.00 for Administration fee. And was made to make additional insurance coverage of $10.00 a month when i already have insurance coverage on my property being stored.

I would give the management 5 stars for being helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately I am removing one star (and giving a heads up to readers here) about their policy of not refunding partial month's rent when vacating the space early. In my case, I paid $95 for three days of storage. I'm sure this was in the contract and accept that I missed it, but it really doesn't help someone who needs storage on a periodic basis. I am removing another star for having contacted them about the issue and not receiving a response back.
