Very clean, convenient and well lit facility, however their ownership has changed twice and their pricing has gone up 3 times in the last year and Not acceptable.

I liked them so much the first time I used them about a year ago that I came back. It's the cleanest storage I've ever been to & I've used quite a few over the last 10 years. Everyone is very helpful & friendly from start to finish. Carol, at the Merrimack NH, location called me immediately after I booked my unit & right before she was closing up for the night just to touch base. Also, they have the best prices around as I researched everywhere both times.

Great customer service, the prices are reasonable and a clean facility. The manager Carol has been in the business for 28 years, so she has a very good idea of how to run the operation.

Just finished my rental with RightSpace in Merrimack after 2 years and could not be more happy. The place is very secure and clean. The temperature and humidity control was perfect and I haven’t had any issues with my things after storage. There are elevators and hand carts to make moving things easy. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Check in was super easy and Carol and Don are great. Facility is clean and secure. I wish I stored here sooner.

I have been very happy with my experience at RightSpace Storage in Merrimack, NH from the moment I first walked in the front door to now a couple of months in. I first arrived as the manager, Carol, was just sitting down for lunch. She immediately focused on me, and could not have been more professional. She absolutely put the needs of this prospective new client first, and is clearly proud of her operation. As for the facility itself, it's first-rate too. It's clean, easily accessed and secure. They even have plenty of space to offload and multiple flatbed carts to transport, so I've never had to wait for anything. Great place to store your stuff!

This was my first storage rental experience and was very happy with the information and service that the rental person provided to me both over the phone and in person. I was given a tour of the facility and was shown a couple of sizes of storage units, which was good to be able to see in person. I was extremely pleased at how neat and clean the whole building is.

Have had an all around awesome experience with RightSpace Storage so far. I was able to secure the desired size and ground level access unit all online after hours. I even signed my lease virtually, and received a gate access code. The following day I received a follow up call, offering to show me around the facility, and help get me set up with a lock for the unit. When I arrived Carol was working, and she was wonderful! She walked me around to the unit, showed me how to use the lock and key on it, and made sure it worked. She then even walked me around to the elevators, and bathroom so I knew where everything was. The building is climate controlled, and they provide multiple metal long flat dolly’s for you to move your stuff into the unit from your vehicle. It was a very easy and smooth process, and the customer service has been fantastic so far. Highly recommend this location!

This is a well maintained building with clean air-conditioned spaces. Convenient on-line auto payments and helpful staff. Unfortunately the recent rate increase led us to re-evaluate the location, so we opted to move to another storage facility in Hudson (to be closer to my Mother's home.) I should note that the fare increase is competitive for the area.

I actually picked up a u-haul rental here. Yes strange. The self storage does favors for Uhaul? I don't know. If it wasn't for cell phones I would have drove to Nashua or Manchester to a U-haul business because I'd have never known it was inside this business. I'll probably go to a actually U-haul next time although it was fast easy and efficient something just felt strange.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We had two units for two years. The climate control is excellent, facility is clean & secure and the staff is friendly and helpful. We recently took our stuff out to move into a home -- no musty smell or mold to be found. I highly recommend Synergy if you want your belongings to stay clean and safe.

My experience here was one of a team that went above and beyond all expectations. Not only is the facility clean and outstanding with both security and indoor storage standards, but the team of people they have working here cares about their customers. I had a very difficult situation trying to manage my storage needs from about 1500 miles away during a pandemic, and they were great about working with me on everything. They answered all of my questions and were able to make necessary changes to my account even though I could not physically come in. I have to say that Chris and his team are the pinnacle of what it looks like to have a business who truly cares for their clients. Outstanding storage facility! I put my 4 bedroom house and all the equipment from my workshop into two storage units for five months. I had easy access to the units when I needed something and was confident that my property was properly protected from changing weather conditions in a secure facility. The staff was very helpful in recommending a moving company that did an expert job. Everything came out just like it went in!! Couldn't be happier.

Synergy Self Storage was an excellent choice I made when moving from RI to NH. I had my belongings in a unit with Synergy for about 20 months. The staff was always friendly and helpful. They made everything very easy communicating by phone and email when necessary. I always felt safe in the units when going in and out. The units and building is always kept in pristine condition. Access with the large elevators made moving things in and out a breeze. Overall, I couldn't have been happier with the choice I made.

Have used many storage facilities in many states but Synergy is the best by far. It is clean, well lit, good sized units, good sized elevators, and lots of moving carts available. My choice of Synergy was the best choice for me. Price, building, personnel. You can't ask for anything better. The building is, in my opinion, a state-of-the-art storage facility. Personnel are personable, helpful, and just downright nice. The price was reasonable for a 10x12 unit. I had no trouble with them allowing a POD for overnight, and using their UHaul to move out was easy, as they gave me a truck to fit the unit. All in all, if I ever need a storage unit again, I will definitely use them. I recommend you use them now if you need a storage unit!

Every interaction with staff was positive, from first visiting the location and selecting a unit to last-minute move-in date change to needing moving supplies to moving out. If/when I need storage again, I will be back at Synergy. Whether I called them, emailed them, spoke with them in person, or spoke with them through their intercom system - they very responsive, polite, and ever-so-helpful. Every time. The facility is clean and secure inside and out. Elevators are smooth and quick; always plenty of carts for moving stuff around. The climate-controlled facility was a major attraction for me. The owner and staff deserve run a great storage facility and I highly recommend them to anyone needing to store for any length of time. Renting a UHaul at the last minute was also smooth and easy; I joked with staff when I returned the van that the most difficult time I had was figuring out how to open the fuel lid -- turned out you simply opened the flap (I searched the driver's area for a button to 'pop' it open, but there wasn't one!)

Synergy gets 100 stars from me. My antiques, family photos going back several generations, books, paintings, etc., are in pristine condition after several years. I was treated with courtesy and respect. It is extremely clean, bug and rodent proof (how did they do that?), always the perfect temperature and humidity, well lit, very secure, and I am afraid I could go on and on. So let me just say: do not even hesitate. Synergy is amazing.

I've worked over 20 years in warehousing of all sorts and have been in many self storage facilities. This one is immaculately clean and maintained inside and out. Not even a spider web (I looked). Even the corners in the halls and in the bins are clean. Add to that climate and humidity controls and I know I don't have to worry about the stuff I'm storing there.

I had the opportunity to use the outside storage for my trailer, and couldn't be happier with the access to my property. The grounds were always plowed to remove snow and allow me to remove my trailer and to re-park it. Love the security of the property and the great help with the owners if anything came up needing their attention. Would rent there again in the future...thanks men.

Seriously. My girlfriend and myself needed to get a 2 bedroom apartments worth of belongings into storage as we made a move. After checking out other reputable storage locations around the same area of Merrimack, we settled on Synergy because of the high quality of their location, the straightforward and easy set up, and the helpful guidance from the staff. I've interacted with both the owners over multiple visits (apologies I've forgotten your names) but they were both helpful and take their business seriously. I've spoken to at least one employee of theirs as well, and she was just as helpful and very polite/friendly. The climate control meant we didn't have to worry about some valuables or delicate items in storage. The high level of security meant we never worried about anyone trying to tamper or break into our unit. And the professionalism of the business meant we never stressed getting overcharged. Definitely a storage location highly worth your consideration.

In searching for the perfect storage unit for our "valuables" I stumble upon this amazing place. 1st you don't get that moldy dusty smell. This place is really well kept and clean is an understatement. 2nd the prices are super competitive and barely go up. 3rd the management is really there for you if you need them. I had a double billing issue and was taken care within minutes. 4th They keep good contact via email with their customers. I highly recommend this place, I even felt sad that I moved and got a bigger place and don't need them anymore but will use them again and will keep recommending.

I have used a few storage facilities over the last ten years or so and Synergy Self Storage is without a doubt the best one. I rented a unit last year and later needed to move into a larger one. I emailed to inquire about the change and heard back very quickly. They found a unit very close to my current one to make the move easier for me. In addition to the great customer service, the facility itself is wonderful. I couldn’t believe how clean it was! I also felt comfortable that my belongings were safe, which was very important. Beautiful warehouse I was very pleased with the storage warehouse as a whole. My friend and I both drove past it at first, but it was easy enough to turn around to get to the location (it's behind Visions Optometry). The facility is very clean, easy access once you get your code/keyfob; dollies and elevators greet you on the first floor of storage as well. The representative at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable, and I was impressed to see the big screen with all the security cameras running. I'm very glad that I decided upon this storage unit and am relieved at how easy the move into my storage unit was!

Excellent! This was our first time using a Self Storage unit, and we assumed it would be wildly expensive, and dirty. What a Surprise! So clean, and so affordable. We never would have hesitated, had we known it could be so nice in there. It was always a comfortable temp inside. We moved in with snow on the ground, and just moved out on a pretty hot day, but barely broke a sweat, because we were in the AC just as much as the outside. That was great! They make it super easy to use, as well. They have hand carts right inside the door, so you can get in easy, and grab one or more, and unload your stuff very easily, even if you don't have any equipment. It's very secure, with a key pad at every entry door, and cameras everywhere, so even though it's really big inside, you don't worry about your stuff. I would encourage you to get the $10. key wand, that goes on your keychain. I'm a bit older, and it was wildly easier for me to wave that wand at the keypad, rather than remember that long key code. Thank heavens I got that right away. It was a huge blessing on moving out day.

Great customer service, clean!!, secure, and convenient. Had a unit for a little over year, up until a recent move. Competitive pricing for such a great facility. Stored furniture (mattress and sofa), clothes, electronics, and appliances to name a few things. After sitting in the unit for more than a year, everything was in the same condition upon moving out (which is more than I can say from past experiences with other "climate controlled" facilities). Highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a quality storage unit. I continue to recommend them to friends and family in the surrounding area.

We booked a unit and when we arrived, we found out it was in error due to a website named "sparefoot". Due to this confusion, they were willing to work with us in any way, however it was not what we were looking for in the end. The owner reached out to us to see if there was anything they could do as well. I would recommend this facility, they are communicative, and friendly, however double check what is advertised with them first since there are different unit rates online.

We used a 10x10 and 5x10 while we moved house. The big advantage of the units is the climate control. Staff ere available at reasonable times of the day when we had a key ring failure, solved very quickly. The only suggestion I would make is the the refund of remaining portion of a rental when terminating a rental, not necessarily all the remaining time, but at least a portion, based upon sufficient termination notice.

It's hard to get excited about self storage but man this place is awesome! So clean, well lit, and easy to get in and out of. I would highly recommend this place!

We called them today to get information to store furniture from an apartment while we buy a house. We dealt with Chris and he was extremely helpful. He gave us our options, no hard sell, and helped us decide what we needed for space. The place is immaculate, they have security and they are climate plus humidity controlled. We also needed extra insurance than they normally offer. He was able to help us out there as well. I would totally recommend them for there customer service alone. If you have long or short term storage needs, call them first.
