Yes, insurance is a requirement for any storage unit. If you have homeowners or renter's insurance, it may also extend to your storage unit. If you do not have your insurance, we require SBOA Tenant Insurance for your items. It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment - should you opt to pay in person - purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.
Very friendly woman at the front desk assisted me with everything I needed. Pricing is very reasonable compared to the competition, especially considering the fact that it is climate controlled. The condition of the building and units is good. Easy access to the 2nd floor with an industrial sized elevator. Convenient location less than 10 minutes from my apartment. Lots of cameras, can feel confident that this is a pretty secure location.
So far so good. They seem to be very accommodating as well as better rates than my previous storage rental. My rate for my last one was more expensive for a single 10x10 which I ended up getting 2 of them, than it is here for a 10x25. If that's worded a little bit confusing I am now paying $175 for a 10x25 and I was paying $180 for a single 10x10 and $156 for the second 10x10. Thank you Right Space and 24 hour access is a must for me!

I called 4 compamys not one answerd me so i was driving up 106 and spotted a sign for right space. And mitt the care taker made the hole thing very easy and he was so down to earth. Made me feel very comfortabel. I will recomend right space to every one i know.

I had an urgent move and needed to get my stuff to climate controlled storage. Pembroke RightSpace has ceilings way higher than 8 feet. At 250 an hour for the movers, the truck dock, elevator and six hand carts really saved money. Nick was a great employee who showed me how to operate everything. I hate paying for storage while Im in between places but I saved at least an hour with the movers using the dock so its almost free

I've been renting there for a while would give a higher star rating except the price keeps going up over the last 3 yrs..started at 95 dollars now its 105.00 keep it real with your long term renters pls...that should only apply to people who are not renting long term..thanks have a good day..

We needed a climate control unit and none of the Right space locations had one available. Mick saw our distress and provided us a window to find storage that was climate control. My debit card was lost and I missed my date to pay, but even though it took awhile to fix the issue, they never once threatened. Indeed they have worked with me and made me feel less embarrassed as I stayed in contact with them letting them know the updates. I thought I was going to lose my stuff, but instead they were understanding, even helpful. A special thanks to Nick because, like everyone there, he stayed friendly, courteous and empathic the entire time. I am so very grateful! Outside of the emotional response, the units are clean and well spaced, two cars can park side by side in the rows and still get into the storage unit. The only con, which is also a blessing when it rains, is the little step up into the unit. It helps keep moisture out so it's great, but it also makes it difficult to maneuver a trailer into the unit. Aside from that is it's a good business, with excellent staff members who care. Prices are lower up front, too, than their competitors.

It was a smooth and easy process. The office was nice and the Agent was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.
I found them on line. They had taken over the place from a company my daughter had used. I knew that company had indoor facility as well. The other company was called Granite Clover. When I googled Granite Clover they took me to where they are right now. I immediately thought that maybe they sold the place to someone else. I called my daughter and she told me they did. However she didn't know the name of the new place. So I went back and googled again and the name Right Space Storage came up. I called them and found out that they did have a 10x10 ft unit on a second floor. She also spoke about their elevator. So I bookmarked their web page and saw that I could reserve the unit at no cost and so I did. The company called me right away and asked a couple of questions. We were going to make our first load that coming Saturday. She told me exactly what to bring for paperwork and all sorts of other things. When we arrived the place was immaculate. We all had our masks on and social distancing was in place. I took care of the paperwork and it was such an easy process. She wanted us to view the unit, but we had to get going. So she gave us directions around back and explained what we had to do. When we got around back there was already two vehicles backed up into the loading area. They had a lot more than we did and they were quite friendly. So we pulled up and then figured out how we were going to get our belongings upstairs. There was plenty of signage around the place so reading worked quite well. We eventually got all our stuff up into our unit space and locked the storage unit. They gave us a special sticker to put on our lock. It noted that we were customers. So in all it was any easy transition with the paperwork and she explained everything that the signage said so our day was complete. I have been once more since Saturday by myself and also found it easy to get my belongings upstairs. We are really glad we found this storage facility. Many others were not open due to the virus, these folks were. All I did was wear my mask the whole time there. I recommend that if you need a storage sot inside or outside to try these folks out.

I havent had to use them for their intended purpose, but as a company and member of the community I want to recommend them! my daughter goes to elementary school across the street. The school had to evacuate quickly today due to a gas leak, all coats etc were left behind. They opened their doors and welcomed all the students (kidergarten through eighth) a warm place to wait for parents to pick up! Big thank you!

The unit has been acceptable. Dry, accessible. No gate though. The price has risen a lot since their buy out last year (more than$20/month increase) and I will be vacating as a result. They're more expensive than many other locations and no better or more convenient. Would rate better if not for the price!
