All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

Very good storage unit, great owners. I had some initial issues when I rented the unit online, all of which were completely my fault. I underestimated how much space I really needed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They kept every thing clean, even gave out free hand sanitizer. They also have hand carts, and moving dollies on site for when you're unloading or loading your stuff. I've used other storage units in the area in the past and in my time living in Kansas and this place is by far the best one. If I ever need a storage unit again I'll definitely come back here.

The best self storage around! It is super clean and well run. Everyone is very helpful. There are other self storage businesses closer to me but I drive a half hour to use Highlands. It was the only large self storage that I could find with a fair price and climate controlled. I’m beyond thrilled that it is also super clean and user friendly!
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facilities are clean and even pleasing to the eye. I compared prices for a few places and they had the better price. I don't usually give a review but I would like everyone looking ffg or a storage center that this is where they need to shop. 😉

I visited this facility to write up a story and was impressed with this state-of-the-art facility. I have never seen a storage house so clean and Michelle and the owners are absolutely wonderful. The wine storage is absolutely amazing. They truly thought of everything to make sure wine is stored properly. It truly looks like a Tuscany wine cellar. I would highly recommend this storage facility.
