This is the best storage company in Lake Havasu City. I had my unit for several years because I'm a full-time nomad and it was easy to rent a unit and I felt my items were completely safe while I was away for most of the year. The place is always clean and the staff very nice and helpful. If I needed another storage unit, it would be the first place I'd go.

Miss Jay is absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped us coordinate equipment rental to the storage facility and help us with all of the logistics associated with over cross country move. Too early to tell, but the employees were very nice. I feel charging an admin fee is ridiculous.

Nick was super helpful and knowledgeable. Had a couple of hiccups when I first tried to rent as for some reason I did not get a confirmation and tried the next day to rent the unit and Nick phoned me right away and helped me cancel the one from the previous day and transferred my unit to one that was the correct size. All in all it has been a great experience so far. Will be moving stuff soon. Thanks again Nick!!!

I’ve had my storage for just about 6 months already so I wanted to wait before I left a review so It could be genuine. All my things have been safe. Francesca has been awesome. Super welcoming and always helpful with anything I’ve needed. There’s been times I’ve forgot to put my lock on correctly and Immediately a replacement lock is put in place until I can make it back out. My rate did change however I was notified ahead of time in case I wanted to make changes which is totally fair. I had my doubts at first but it’s been a great storage facility for me.

Great place to get a storage unit. They have lots of different sizes as well as some in climate control. They are well secured with lights around the property, security cameras, and key coded gates. The property manager works really hard to keep the place looking in great shape.

I walked into the facility and there was a lady getting upset and yelling at the two workers. I couldnt help but over hear what was being said, and it was something that had happened before they both even started working here. The two ladys handled it so very well even though they werent here when the incident had happened. It is people like Holly & Kylee who make this facility how it is today. Thank you girls for answering all my questions i had and i will be back to finish my rental asap. You both took care of that situation so well!

Nice place! It's kinda hidden. We love the ladies that are here don't love them. One with red hair and a short Hispanic lady. They were very helpful and friendly. Make sure your out of your unit before 10pm. Or it will lock you in.

The Office Staff is good, nice, I'm split on rating because the roads have been being tared in there so when you rent a uhaul to find out that you can't get into the unit you are making a second trip to empty but there are no vehicles allowed on that road it's a waste of Uhaul rental.. I'm coming from Cape Uhaul charges 99 cents a mile, day #2 should of emptied my full unit but the road was wet tar & roped off.. $140 a day for Uhaul isn't cheap... Granted they extended me a 4 day removal because of the roads but you have to reserve the Uhaul the day before so it's defeating my purpose of emptying the unit

Nice storage facility. We have parked our RV here for 1.5 years without any issues. Delroy has always been helpful, but price has gone up twice in less than a year. Because of this, I'm considering switching to a closer to home storage facility.

Property manager was MORE than accommodating. I’m recently separated, moving to the area from neighboring city, and have a minor injury that limits my mobility. He was very welcoming, appreciative of the business and helped find the unit that was lowest price easily accessible. In fact, the first unit I tried proved a little too difficult to access, so he reaccommodated me immediately. It is very helpful to know they will work with me if needed, as needed.

Pete was such a great help today! I was struggling with my unit lock and latch and he helped resolve the issue and shared tips to help in the future.

So pleased with the customer service to get a storage unit the same day. Perfect location right off the 215 freeway and in a safe area in front of a shopping center. I scouted several other locations that turned out to be in hidden sketchy areas. Really glad I found this storage location!!

Ive been here for 6 years now and honestly Its the wonderful professional helpful and kind staff that make this one of if not the best storage facilities ever. Specifically the front office associate Ms. Daisy. who not only is proficient at making sure that she provides excellent quality customer service with a smile but is also quite exemplary at independently running a business correctly by remaining both professional in her diligence with respect to her work ethic she’s on time all the time and she makes sure that everyone is treated fairly. That kind of attitude and wisdom is essential to a business like this and any other business so we are all fortunate for someone with such a strong and intuitive understanding of individuals and how to relate to them her overall character and mentality are outstanding and show obvious signs of leadership qualities and skills needed to achieve success in business and in life. Shes a hard working consistent kind and very intelligent young lady who has definitely earned my respect over these past 6-7 years she really does deserves a raise and a promotion plus two weeks all expenses paid vacation to anywhere in the world because she is an invaluable asset to the company she chooses to work for. Shes basically running this place. Her and forgive me but the employees name slips my mind but i recognize her sincere warm smiling face instantly the nice lady who keeps the place tidy shes cool too. Wasn’t a bad experience, I stayed here for like 6-9 months. They did though throughout the months continue to raise my bill though. It went from $108 to like $144 for a small space so that’s kind of a bummer 🤷🏽‍♀️

The move-in and move-out process was very smooth. The staff was very responsive (although they do have somewhat limited hours, they were good at replying to voice messages). There were some maintenance issues for a while (the keypad on the rear door was still not working on my move-out date and hasn't worked in months), but overall Moove-In seems to be getting the issues sorted out, and I expect things will be fixed in a reasonable time-frame.

UPDATE: After being a tenant here for some time we had to make a decision to cancel our units due to rent increases and moving to a new area. I feel it's really sad that you're uping our storage $87 for December 2024 When everybody's looking forward to Christmas, I think it's really sad. I feel you should wait till January 2025 to up the storage and the price is ridiculous. I've never heard of being up $87 very unhappy, I can see maybe $20, but not Such a high price. You should have deals for people that are senior citizens and you should have deals for people that are going through financial hardship.

This is a solid storage facility and I definitely recommend it, but it would probably be less remarkable without Jo Ann. She makes this SecurCare special, and adds a very personal touch! She treats renters like people, and has been able to help me out when life happens or things have gone awry (which is very infrequently - truly this place lives up to the "secure" title).

If you only need it for a year or two, the good news is that the place is clean, monitored, and well-maintained. That’s down to the local manager, Justin. He’s super-responsible and very responsive, and when it comes to keeping your stuff in good condition, that goes a long way. If you’re looking for a short-term space you can feel confident about, Justin is the reason for the five stars. On the other hand, if you’re in need of a long-term space, keep in mind that the corporate overlords relentlessly raise the rent at least annually. (I ended up becoming disabled, so my stuff has been stuck there for years. As a result, they’re currently charging me $272 a month for a space they’re advertising to new customers for $48!) Short-term, though, you’ll be fine. Justin will take care of you.

Customer Service was great. Jessica helped me out when I needed to make a payment and put a card on auto pay. She was patient and friendly. She was 5 stars. The reason it was 4 star was because the hallway lights don't work and the elevator did not work after I loaded my stuff on it.

It was so easy to reserve and pay for my unit! I was able to do everything online without having to come in person! It’s so hard for me to get somewhere during business hours. It was much more affordable than anything else in central Oregon!

Every time I go into the Right Space storage the manager is always working to keep the area cleaned and safe. I remember replacing my lock and the next day Debbie called me and asked if I had replaced my lock and I said yes. She knew it already because every morning she looks for the stickers on every storage space and mine was missing. Love the service from Debbie and I appreciate a great job that she does.

Parker was lovely! Walked us all around the property and helped us pick our the perfect spot for our rig. Property itself is paved, spacious, gated, monitored by cameras, and all the leaves were being blown off property while we were there. Parker let us know that they do endeavor to keep the property very clean. A great experience and we are so happy to have found a new home for our "stuff"!

Great place! The office staff is extremely helpful, especially Holly. She stopped by my unit one day to introduce herself and was so helpful in answering all of my questions. Highly recommend.

The guys there were very helpful. They showed me a unit right away that I thought would be the right size, but it wasn’t so glad they showed it to me. They showed me another one. That was the size that I needed and the rental process was a breeze. They went above and beyond and I’m very thankful to them.

I rented a unit and forgot all about it for a couple weeks. I called one Friday because I saw a charge on my credit card, well I found out then I actually had a storage unit. So the next day I went down to the office got me a lock and moved in. Both the telephone Representative and the Property Manage were so kind, understanding and very helpful. Great place for extra storage space.

Have rented many units over the years as a military man. I must say the ease that we had and the VALUE for $ has been exceptional with Istorage in Bunnell. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, no pressure or sales pushy people. We needed temporary storage for items while home is being built and with ease was shown best options and how to properly accommodate them without trying to go to larger unit and more $$. That shows their concern was more on my need and not revenue. :)

Cedar Mill resident that has stored here for over two years with zero issues! Clean, secure, easily accessible facility! If you are willing to move your stuff to a new unit ever few months, the front desk will help you get cheaper promo rates. We store mainly camp and festival gear, so Spring-Fall we get a larger unit about is easier to access. Helpful staff and onsite bathroom!
