Reserving a unit online was a breeze, but when I arrived in person, I realized that a different unit would suit my needs better. John immediately found me one that was perfect, and had the same dimensions as the one I had booked. He then showed me all around the facility and made sure I'd be able to get everything moved in as smoothly as possible. The whole location is clean, convenient and the price can't be beat either. I'm very happy with choosing this storage company, and with the people they employ.

This storage facility has been a secure place to keep our trailer for quite a few years now. It started out costing $31 a month and now the rate is going to $125 a month. I understand the cost of everything is going up, but there is no way we’re going to pay that. It’s just too high so we are pulling our trailer out . Thanks for the memories

In 2024, I moved back to Detroit, Michigan after living on my mom’s estate in Pleasant Grove, Alabama, when her life was taken in 2020 due to Covid-19. No son loves their mom more than I loved mine. So when I paid $7,000 to have all mother’s belongings transported back to Michigan with me in 2024. There was no other storage facility, I felt, that would protect mother’s belongings and treat them with the respect I believed they deserved, better than IStorage. IStorage Property Manager, Sylvia Thomas, is not only knowledgeable about IStorage rules and regulatory policies. She doesn’t use her knowledge to hurt/burden customers with additional worries when customers are usually dealing with a lot of pain. Be it financial or emotional pain, Sylvia is kind yet fair; empathetic yet firm. Although money is tight for most Americans, Sylvia doesn’t use these difficult times to harass customers which makes all the difference in the world. We’ve come a long way from break in’s and trash all over the place. I really like they took the time to listen to renters about all the illegal activity that was going on. I’m glad to see the extra mobile security units. The place has been kept up since Steve I think his name is has been there. I see more walk throughs from him and I see house keeping always making there rounds and picking up the place. I also think the signs are working warning people about illegal trash dumping. The place has come a long way and looking great keep up the good job.

I needed a unit asap, and called over because I used your company a few months ago, when I first moved to NC. After talk to the rep., I needed to see what my best course of action was, and what size unit I needed, etc. Robert the manager from the location called me, and this made me to able to make my decision right then and there. I ended up stopping at the location before closing and Robert took care of everything for me, and I actually ended up unloading my van earlier then I planned. His attention to my needs was everything that I really needed and so glad that I did this today. There are not too many things that you are able to do where someone helps you in your time of need, where you are able to make the decisions you really need to take. I am going through some personal aspects, and something that most probably would not completely understand, but my time in North Carolina has not been the best. And the struggles out there are real, so this country could not change any sooner. It was easy to move from one storage room to another, the only thing I didn’t like was that I only had 48 hrs to move and unfortunately I got called into work BUT the manager was so nice to give me the weekend to move my stuff since they were closed on Sunday anyway, so they get 5 stars from me!! Normally I can’t get ahold of anyone but now when I can’t I am transferred to a rep somewhere!!! Thanks Jason!!

Been renting a unit here for the past couple of months and I can only speak positively about the customer service and the great fact that all employees are bilingual, especially because of the area its located in. I also have 2 other family members who currently rent their own units here and they only speak spanish and they've mentioned how easy it is for them to make their payments in person with either Maria or Yessenia. So far no complaints.

Sharon did a great job at getting me squared away with winter storage for one of my cars. Storage is clean and easily accessible. One thing to note is I wish the approach to the unit was more level with the ground, a low car will scrape if you don't go in on an angle. Could be better there for sure. Other than that, no issues.

I rented from them for almost 15 years and it was always a pleasure if or when I needed to contact them. I always tried to deal with Lupe whenever possible because she was always very pleasant to work with. I would definitely use them again should I ever come back to Arizona and needed storage.

tbh i've had better. their automated phone system is 🤬🤬‼️ no lights in my unit (I think that's so. I don't see the mold in the ceiling ) not enough insurance available but the ladies in the front office are really nice. It's just getting them on thephone that's hard.

I just went to this place to end my 2 months lease of the storage space. Both John and Nate made sure the entire process goes smoothly. I cleared the space and Nate just went there to check it out and made sure everything's fine before John gave me the final statement to end the lease officially. I think they did a very good job to ensure everything goes smoothly without any unnecessary hassles. I highly recommend for those who want to rent a storage temporarily in this neighborhood and for sure I won't hesitate to come back and lease the storage space if it's needed again in the future.

I have on occasion, not locked my storage properly...That being said the facility on HWY 80 i Longview routinely walk the property keeping it safe and have called me out of courtesy with a keen eye to inform me that my unit was not properly locked which has saved my belongings more than once from being compromised or stolen! The Right Space Storage facility in Allen is great. I’ve been a customer for quite some time. I don’t think I’ve ever had a complaint. The folks who run the site are always really nice and accommodating. The grounds are always immaculate. Super clean. I’ve had to visit my space at odd hours and never felt the least bit unsafe. Well lit grounds. If you’re looking for a new storage facility, please consider these folks.

We were displaced by a fire at our home. Warren helped us find a suitable storage space for our belongings at the time of the incident. Space was the perfect size. Now that the restoration company has finished with our other belongings, we will be needing a larger space. Warren changed our arrangements so that we can move our things over to the larger space. The restoration company will begin moving the restored items to the larger storage space next week. His expertise in sizing and help with the paperwork needed for our insurance company took a tremendous weight off our shoulders and saved us money. I recommend seeing Warren at SecurCare if you are in need of concerned and caring service with a peace of mind.

I rented a storage unit here after moving into town, and I was absolutely blown away at how nice the staff was. The process to rent the unit was simple, loading everything up was easy, and I am overall so pleased with the amazing service I got at iStorage.

I have had a very good experience at istorage on Loretta Road. Vanessa was so great with any issues that came up whether it was personal or related to the unit. She was always kind and helpful.

The only thing I don't like is they like to make up rules. I read the whole agreement I signed the rules and contract i know what is allowed but other then that they are alright I guess.

This iStorage is an established storage business in Carson City, having been around for many years. The prices are decent and they have some larger units which are harder to find around here. The local store manager Robert is very professional, attentive, and helpful. Robert has kindly helped me with renewals and other needs during my three years as a customer.
