She explained everything thoroughly.....additionally, she took the time to tour me through the facility and direct me to the most suitable unit for my particular needs. She sincerely went above and beyond her duties (in my opinion) to get me situated into my new unit. I am about a week late posting my review so I apologize. I had an amazing experience with the property manager. She helped me with all of my questions and issues. She made it possible for me to be able to close out the account and retrieve my belongings with care and understanding. She allowed us to even use the office bathroom since we were driving all the way from Alabama to empty the unit. She is thoughtful, kind, organized and works with you. She keeps the property clean and functional and will help whenever needed. Best property manager I ever met with. All of my belongings were kept safe, dry and bug free the whole time it was there.This was at the Sewell location in New Jersey

Easy to rent a unit, I didn't have to deal with any I did it all online, use the auto pay or pay the entire year because they raise the rent every six months. If they offer a deal make sure you get it in writing. I only store tools and essentials I might need working on vacant homes and flips so I don't mind the outdoor unit. I wouldn't rent a unit if you can't handle the rundown nature and low life's who look like they are living in their units.

The staff was friendly and help full. The price was lower than some other local storage for the same size. They have moving supplies for sale in the office, and very convenient for us to get to.

I had a very positive experience with locating the right location and the right size of storage unit. They even took the time to offer choices and allowed me to see the unit. They were very friendly, especially Helen who had do do the final paperwork. And they were efficient.

It is quiet and the other customers are friendly to each other . The staff goes out if their way to be helpful.

I have always had positive experiences with IStorage! When I forgot my payment the would call to remind rather than just assessing a lter charge. When I set up auto pay and had a issue with my bank and new the funds would not be there the manager held back from sending the payment through a few days allowing time for the funds to make it in. Again rather then assessing late fees and costing me money on Non sufficient funds. Marilyn the office manager was very accommodating in helping me with my needs with my unit. I had a very bad experience with another storage facility that I was a customer of for 3 years , as well as , I storage. I actually had 2 units and wanted to consolidate into one. I shopped around and was honest with both facilities. I Storage was the ONLY place willing to help me. I am on a very fixed budget and the last thing I need to be spending money on is storage. I would highly recommend iStorage and working with Marilyn in the Deptford location.

I have used many storage facilities over the past 40 years. iStorage in Deptford (Sewell) NJ is by far the best. Friendly helpful staff, a clean well maintained facility and reasonable rates. I would recommend this storage facility to everyone.

I moved out recently because I was basically forced out due to rental increases, they increased it 3 times in a 12 month period, that’s insane. I was a loyal tenant for a couple years and always paid the rent on time, never had any issues. I was trying to stay and see if I could work something out with the district manager but she never returned my phone calls. It was very disappointing. I don’t think they like people there very long and try to force them out or expect them to keep paying ridiculous rental increases. I really think they need to evaluate how they do business with their own paying customers. The only reason I’m even giving stars is because the manager there is very friendly and tried to help but rental increases is out of her control, and the unit site was very clean.

the on-site manager was very friendly and helpful!! It’s a great place to store your belongings short term, but anything long term I would look elsewhere as they have rental increases every 6 months or so. Overall my experience has been positive and would recommend as a short term storage option.

Very nice and patient staff fair warning units has no heating or air conditioning and Maryland is a blessing in disguise I didn't have a card and she help me so much she even reassured me that they do any big or rodent treatments on daily basis!

Marilyn was extremely helpful and pleasant during my initial purchase of a unit and even more so when I returned to upgrade it to a climate controlled unit which I had to get at a different site. She provided information about the other sites that had climate control, and their specials, even though I mistakenly thought I could get one there. I was able to compare distance and pricing with the other sites and the sparefoot reservation I made for a climate control unit which I thought was for this location.

I've been here at Deptford iStorage over a year and it's been a very good experience! The Manager, Molly, has been very accommodating and helped me out a lot to find a better solution to my needs. My unit is always clean and my calls are always returned promptly. Now they have a free online and phone pay system which makes my life easier not having to trek to the office every month. Best of all the staff is nice and I never had anything stolen. Thanks, Molly !
