The process was easy, but your company needs to put wet dry in the storage areas to keep the dampness/wetness out of the halls as well as the units. "This will help protect persons personal property in each unit". Thank You in advance

Placed a reservation on a space on line. When I got there I found out it was inside entrance. I need exterior entry. Neptina was able to set me up with a 10x20 and everything was fine.

Julie was such a pleasure to work with! She gave me a complete tour to look at multiple sizes to find a unit that best worked for me. After I decided on a unit, she was so informative with the current specials they had running and walked me through every piece of paperwork I had to sign. No stone was left unturned and I left feeling like I had gotten a good deal and there were no hidden fees/loopholes. Now everytime I drive to my unit they always wave to me and ask how I am. The rental experience at Simply Storage in Williamstown was tremendous. The property Manager, Julie Simpson was friendly, professional, and accommodating. She placed me in a unit that was tailored to my exact needs and displayed a true interest in fulfilling my requests. The rates are highly competitive, units well maintained and clean, and accessibility convenient.

Having rented many units since 1998, I have never had the pleasure of such great customer service as I have had with Julie, the store manager. Very caring, polite, and personable she was always a delight to see and always went above an beyond the call of duty to get things done. The rates here were so reasonable I left their major competitors storage facility to come here and I saved over 125.00 a month!! I highly recommend checking them out if you need to get a quote. Remember to ask for Julie!

I love the customer service and the size of storage unit. I've had to increase the size three times in the last three years, but Julie (on-site manager) has always been helpful in every way. She even calls customers to remind them of their payments.
