I rented a unit 10 years ago and was happy with it so when I needed storage space again, I went right to IStorage again, and I'm so glad I did. Rich is so kind and thoughtful and does everything he can to make your time there comfortable we all know how hard it can be when you have the store your belongings it's just so nice having someone to help you along the way, I have to say Rich is an asset to this company and I'm glad he's there for me. Rich was very helpful in helping us pick out our storage unit. It was also a very easy process to rent a unit here. We were torn between 2 different sized units and we were able to look at both sizes to decide which one best served our purposes. The facility is very clean and seems very secure with gated entry which requires a passcode and many security cameras around. We are happy with our decision to use iStorage in Bayport and we thank Rich for his help.

Awesome service! I made an online reservation a day before and the registration process was smooth and fast. The property manager, Rich, showed me the size of the unit before I signed the documents, and when we were done at the office, he personally showed me the location of my unit and went over the details to access the premises (gate codes, hours of operation, etc). Installations are pretty clean and easy to access. If you are looking for a storage unit, totally recommend IStorage Bayport!!

Safe, Secure, Well Lit facility is located just south of the Sunrise Hwy - Nicolls Rd clover leaf - this allows for convenient highway access, and saves valuable time. The units are clean, and well maintained. The 10 ft plus ceiling height is a bonus as well; but, most importantly, the on site customer service support is spectacular.
