Monica was the person that assisted myself and my husband. She was very friendly and professionally. Oppose to just telling us what we wanted to hear, she found the answer without hesitation. I would definitely recommend this storage facility. It is perfect for us as it is between our job and home. Not only that, it's not a huge facility so very easy to navigate. If I could give a 10 star I would.

I was looking for a location near my stay and wanted 24 hour access. When I found one I dealt with Brittney the Manager. WOW what a pleasant experience. Brittney is very polite. She really knows her business and was always there to reply to web site issues or questions. Brittney is present on site, always pleasant, waves says hi and even just talk a little. You don't get customer service like that to often. The only reason I am leaving, I purchased a house in Franklin County. Thank You Brittney

This is the BEST storage facility around. I moved from New York and was in need of a place to storage my extra items from the move. I shopped around and actually rented from another place; which the prices were too high and the service was poor. I have never been happier since coming to SecureCare Storage rentals. The price is right and the service is out of this world!!! Brittany, the manager is the meaning of customer service!!! If you are looking for a place to storage your items and where you will be treated as you should...then don't look anywhere else.

sorry about the name.. this is my sons labtop.. I had been calling around to several storage facilities to find the best deal.. I called this unit on Glenwood Ave to place an order online.. Brittany called me back to confirm and to my surprise their were no climate control units available. To my surprise Brittany took the liberty to contacting the Morrisville location for me and reserving the free truck. Brittany was awesome and it shows in her work ethic. I too work in customer service and to know we still have people out here that take their job seriously to actually do their job means alot. I will be referring plenty of friends and family to Secure Storage on Glenwood Ave.. and a shout out to another wonderful employee Russ over at the Morrisville location. Brittany sent me to Russ over at the Morrisville location for him to be just as outstanding. Wow! Secure storage you sure know how to pick exceptional employees.. Makes me happy to spend my money with the company.. A very satisfied customer.
