I have used storage here for a year and a half. It was temperature controlled. I emptied it out and everything was in the same condition as I left it in. Staff was wonderful, especially Stacy. She went out of her way to assist me and was very friendly. I would use SecureCare again if needed. My only issue was that I could never set up direct deposit. I was told over the phone that it was set up and it did not draft my account. I was told i had to physically come down there and then the system was down when i showed up. So I had to call them every month to make payments.

I reserved a unit for 10/1, because I couldn't get there the weekend of tropical storm Ian they cancelled my reservation & kept all the money I paid for a whole month. I moved on 10/10 thinking I was paid up to 12/9 then find they've marked me in arrears on 11/9. Beware. Update 11/20: I've been credited with a free month. Needed a large storage unit and a place to park an enclosed trailer for a sudden and unexpected move. Gate was wide open first day i was there. Anyone could drive in. Figure that out.

The process was simple and easy. I was able to reserve a unit online. The people in the office at my location were extremely nice and helpful in explaining everything. The only problem I had was being able to sign documents online. I had to get a paper copy and sign them in the office but that was no huge problem.

They are very pleasant and helpful when I go there.

I just started with SecureCare today, Took my camper in and evrything worked well. The grounds seem very clean and well taken care of.

My better half has always been a notorious procrastinator when it comes to communicating with anyone (introvert). He assumed the storage unit would be available even though he didn’t request it to be held or give a deposit or anything at all. I was shocked to find out that our overflowing uhaul had nowhere to unload due to his negligence. Thankfully, SuperStorage girl came to my rescue and managed to get me another unit since the one he expected to just be available had someone in it with a long cancellation waiting list, as well. She was friendly, professional, and saved us from having to pay uhaul more daily fees by getting us in a unit immediately and with a discount as well! So far, the experience has been exceeding any and all expectations; HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My husband and I rented a storage space from SecurCare in the middle of Covid. Despite it all..they made the process super easy, and I was able to start moving stuff in that day. The site is always secure and I’ve never felt unsafe with my stuff there or going to the unit. One time my husband forgot to lock our unit and they emailed us to let us know- it’s incredibly nice to know they have our back! They provide dollies if you need them to help move items to/from your unit, there is plenty of lighting, and the units are super clean. Auto draft makes paying our bill super easy as well. With so many choices for places to store your stuff in Wilmington these days, I’m glad we made the choice we did!

I have 2 climate controlled units and one outside storage for a trailer. Max and Stacy have been VERY helpful to me for 2 1/2 years now since Hurricane Florence. This location didn’t get flooded either so that’s telling about the security during Hurricanes. There is 24 hour access too which is a must for me.

I’ve had a climate control unit here for 11 years. Originally I had a small unit, then after the death of my Mother I needed a larger unit. They were so nice and understanding and found me a larger climate control unit with very easy access. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the open communication that they have with the emails, keeping us informed of what is going on during storms, closings, holidays and such. Being able to have auto pay is so helpful to me since I am disabled. I highly recommend this facility, the units are easily accessible, the grounds clean and the staff is always helpful.

I have been with this SecurCare Self Storage for almost 4 years now and the staff have always been super friendly. I have a climate control unit and it’s kept very clean and at an appropriate temperature depending on the weather outside. They don’t charge you a fee to pay over the phone and are very helpful with any concerns you may have, especially after a hurricane. They will communicate with you to make sure everything of yours is ok. They are also great with their friendly reminders and updates they may have. If you’re looking for storage, I HIGHLY recommend this place!

I can travel without any worries: the place is clean, without any rodents, the climate-control aspect is definitely a plus, and the front desk is a dream. I am writing this review after more than one year of having storage units there, so my opinion is based on real experience. THANK YOU, Julie, for having us as your customers!

Though their problem is the communication via phone (including the Colorado-based back-up line that does not answer nor return your calls), once you talk to the local staff, you get good response. The storage rooms are very clean and I believe they do their best to prevent rodents from going around. So why 4 stars instead of 5? Just because of the phone and emails left without response. But, once this issue will be resolved, this is a great find!
