Rented 2 storage units over past 3 years. Savion the site manager is very professional and responds quickly to concerns. Facility is easily accessible from highway and maintained well. Would recommend for future storage needs.

Savion, the manager, is fantastic. He is responsive and the Blue Ash location is well managed. However, this corporation has some not so savory practices regarding rate increases. I have two storage units. One is for work and one is personal. I have only had the personal storage unit for about a year. The rate on the storage unit has gone up at least three times in that year. It seems criminal to rope people and at a low rate, then continue to have random price increases every few months. There seems to be no recourse to deal with these frequent rate increases. Even though I have had a good experience with my work storage unit for years, I caution against Istorage due to their billing practices. Istorage will get you in at a low rate, and then quickly raise the prices. Be very cautious about using this place. You can expect for your rate to go up every few months.

Was welcomed and taken care of very well by Savion even when I came in right as the office was closing. He was very friendly and wasn’t rushing me out even though he was ready to close up. Much appreciated. Great customer service!

The employee we interacted with on our visit was professional courteous and friendly.the facility is located in a professional /commercial park. And could use a bit of up keep as there's insulation tufts falling from the ceilings but other than that still a decent place .We would definitely do business with them in the future. Customer service makes all the difference.

So far I’ve come to expect the gates to be locked and the place feels secure. Today tho the gate was wide open🤨 I wonder why, and on Sunday apparently you can’t get ahold of anyone

I first went to the website and called the number and was connected to a very patient and knowledgable gentleman who helped me figure out what space I needed and what he could offer. He took my info and set up my account. I then went to the office where another patient and knowledgable man helped me with the paperwork and answered all my questions. In other words, this staff is great to work with and a pleasure to deal with!

They followed up many times after I got the quote, which was a little annoying but ok. We ended up going with them bc they seemed to be the most attentive and we were able to get 1/2 off the first month. Upon arriving to pay, the person couldn't figure out how to give me 1/2 off the first month and said it would be the first "full month". She did that but said she would have her manager call me. Manager never called. I stopped by a few days later bc I needed to access my unit any way. The manager was there and fixed it all. So it was a bit of a process but all in all I'm happy with the price I'm getting. Cleanliness is also good there.

Just rented a storage unit, the office was very clean & organized but could use a chair or two as sometimes the line is pretty full when checking in or paying monthly rent. Staff is very friendly & no pressure trying to sell you a storage unit. Unit they showed us was very clean, has a light in unit & they give you a new lock & keys when you sign up for unit. Access to unit is gated & must use passcode to get in. Haven't been there a month yet so I can't really say how protective items are but the grounds are clean & the area that it is in seems to be well maintained. Live the fact that you can pay your monthly rent "on- line", saves a trip there. All-n- All, I believe there won't be any problems.

Why would you rent anywhere else? Great prices and excellent service. Mark is the perfect property manager. He keeps the place clean and safe. He makes sure he finds the best possible unit for you. He does whatever he can to provide the best possible service to his customers. Great guy. A+++

Property manager is awesome my only complaints are the exit keypads and they really need to update the cameras and add more angles on the entrance this would probably be the reason I leave the place if this is not updated to but also the cameras are very old but the lighting on the property at night is amazing.

I've used various storage facilities over the past 16 years, and this is by far the best. The Property Manager, Mae Hamlin, goes above and beyond to help her customers and ensure the security of our belongings.

My business has used this location for five years now and we have been very pleased. We have an indoor locker, which is nice when I have to visit in inclement weather. The hallways in the building are wide, lighting is good. I feel that our items are very secure here. They have a coded entry-exit system.

It was fast and painless, had exactly what I needed and the terms were perfect. First full month free!

Great truck rental and cheap storage

Needed storage on extremely short notice close to home. I live in Kenwood, so this is about as close as it gets! I can't say enough about the easy of the online reservation process and the reasonable rates they offer. The staff was courteous and professional and the facility looks and feels brand new.
