Excellent service at this iStorage. Access was simple via locked gates using keycode. Locker was clean when we arrived so no issue just putting "stuff on the floor". A bit of a maze to find your locker but the can't be helped I suppose. Lastly Mike Miller the Property Manager was extremely helpful through the whole process. I will use facility again when the need arises.

I used this storage from 2021-2024 as I was cleaning out my mother's home. The facility is clean, well lit, the interior access feels secure (lock code required to enter and exit), and the staff in the office was always responsive to questions. For folks in the Heights/South Euclid on the north side of Mayfield, this option is a great choice for local storage at a reasonable price.

I've been coming here for several years now and the place is running better than ever. I highly recommend this place for all your storage needs.

Very clean, safe and convenient. The manager, Mike, really cares about his customers and spent extra time working with me when I needed to downsize. The corporate office is easy to reach and will leave messages for the local office if they are on the property, so I have never been on an endless hold or had difficulty reaching a human. I know they might not be the cheapest option, but as a longtime renter, I recommend them for clean, trustworthy storage.

I’ve had my unit for almost two years and throughout many hardships that come with moving it was met with kindness from Mike (manager). Even when iStorage switched their payment online system last summer it didn’t inconvenience me. Mike has been kind, patient, professional and very responsive. I’m so glad I was able to finally move out my belongings into my new place! I’ve recommended this specific location to anyone I’ve learned about was moving. I’d also go back to them again in the event I’d have to move again (hopefully not any time soon)! The facility is very clean and security is excellent. The only downside is people stole all the flatbed dolly’s during the pandemic, and unfortunately iStorage hasn’t replaced them yet.

We used this storage for a few months while purchasing a new home/selling our home. Everyone I spoke to who worked here was so courteous and helpful. The storage unit is clean, hallways are spacious and we easily reserved and paid online. We will definitely keep them in mind for storage if we need it moving forward.

My daughter and her friends where there to store her stuff. My husband when with them to move out. There was elevator access to the 2nd floor. Make sure you give them a 30 day notice to cancel. The facility is clean, but it would be helpful if they had any kind of directory to let you know which unit numbers are in which buildings. It took 4 of us about a half hour to finally find our unit. We were walking around like rats in a maze. Lol. So please consider putting some kind of signage outside of building and on the blank doors that lead to other units.

I choose istorage through word of mouth. I called and there is someone to help with questions you may have about your storage space. They give you the breakdown of what to expect. Fr xample, before moving in you will need to sign a lease and tis can be done on line. You will also need to purchase a "Disc Lock" that is specifically used for storage units which can be purchased at the facility.

Rented a unit in April-they were extremely friendly & helpful. Discovered that I underestimated how much space I needed. Called to rent another space & got one. A week later, I call to ask them to leave the lock I purchased in my unit as we won’t make it there by 6. They discovered that I didn’t fill out my contract on the second unit & now it’s rented to someone else. Completely my mistake-but Demetrius went WAY above & beyond to help me out. I was blown away by his helpfulness & professionalism. Highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for self-storage. They are wonderful!!!

I downsized a large home to a condo, so I rented the largest space (drive up - 10’x30’). I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of storage space, small or large.

When we came in the first time, Demetrius was incredibly helpful in getting us into a unit right away. The units were clean and affordable and we were all set up and moved in in less than an hour the same day. When we came back four months later and needed to upgrade to a larger unit, Demetrius and Dylan were incredibly courteous and helpful. In less than a half hour we had all the paper work done and had moved from unit to the other. They were able to set us up with double the space for a very modest and reasonable difference in rent. As a contractor, I rent storage spaces frequently. We needed storage for a project that we are doing in Cleveland Height and found iStorage Cleveland Heights on line. He carefully explained our options and showed us the units, offering valuable suggestions. The rental process was quick, thourought and efficient. This was an excellent experience and I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs a storage space.

iStorage has been great and very understanding of the chaos that ensues when you move out of state and need to store things at home until you can finally ship them back! Judy, the manager, is so nice and actually makes the moving process so much easier because of her pleasant and positive attitude! I lost my ID (eventually found in my truck) and she was generally concerned for me when she said no one had found it. We had a unit inside and it was enough to fit my 1 bedroom and probably then some (if we hadn't just thrown everything in there). Everything was dry, no bugs, no critters in sight! The hallways are huge and there are carts you can borrow from the front to help with your move. Also, there are doors everywhere so you can pretty much access the inside from any part of the building. I would give it 10 stars if I could!
