I have stored my things at this storage place in Canton for 3 years. They have always kept the place neat and clean. Once, I didn't lock the storage door correctly and they called and alerted me. They are helpful on the few occasions I needed help. They are friendly and professional

I have been a customer since 2007,yes 2007. I have downsided storage units once maybe twice, and everyone in the office has been so nice and helpful. I love the easy-to-use gate and how the ladies keep the office and grounds clean. The only problem I have is the rental cost continues to increase every year. I feel that shouldn't happen if you are a long-term customer. Anyone over 10 years should be capped at a certain rate (GRANDFATHERED IN) especially a senior citizen.

Nice storage unit with secured entry. The units are well lit and I found the manager to be very helpful and knowledgeable both on the phone and in person. She was upfront about costs and had boxes and locks right in the office. No hidden costs or extra fees. Anytime I've had a question it was answered quickly. While you can make payment online I like the ease of making payment in office. My only complaint is that the rates are raised frequently. If not for that I would have left 5 stars.

Tristan was very friendly, patient, and very understanding. She went over everything with me and what I did not understand she explained with no frustrations.

Tristan was an all star! Helpful, courteous. She did TWO follow-up phone calls prior to the move in to make sure everything was going smoothly. She really made sure everything was as it should have been. Unit was clean, lots of cameras around, security perimeter fence with individual codes. All these were pluses! Thanks again Tristan!
