Jessica was very nice very helpful was in and out in a timely manner. All and all was a wonderful experience.

I had Googled different storage unit businesses. SecurCare Self Storage had the best reviews so I chose it. I'm glad I did. Michelle was very helpful and gave me all the info I needed to know about renting a unit from SecurCare Self Storage. And the price was less than the other places I had researched.

Evonne had been the most helpful and knowledgeable young woman i have had the pleasure of encountering at the South Meridian Ave. store in OKC. There are times I come in the evening and see this young woman still working after the office is closed. Dedication and commitment sure are hard to find in employees these days. I was recently out of state when I received a call from Ashley at OKC SecurCare Self Storage. On her rounds, she found the lock on my storage unit to not be secure. Because I was unavailable to attend to it, Ashley graciously agreed to take action for me. This is really a personal touch and it is greatly appreciated. LIKEWISE, I have dealt with Priscilla on other issues and she has always been kind and very knowledgeable. These are the touches that make SecurCare Self Storage the place to store your belongings. Had a question concerning the charge to cover insurance for stored product. She was cordial and took care to stop the coverage promptly when i gave evidence of personal coverage(5 stars). I am somewhat disappointed by the fact that SecurCare Self Storage(SSS) has doubled the rent on the unit(719 10X20) since the same time in 2019. Sounds like highway robbery to me(2 stars).

Holy smokes, Priscilla at the OKC/May Avenue location is amazing! We needed to switch out names from one employee to another and she has made the process so smooth. Her customer service is A++, which is what usually makes a business shine among their competitors.

Excellent friendly customer service.

We have had only positive experiences with SecureCare since we first made inquiries. Betty, or attendant at our facility kept us informed and even stayed late to accommodate us. When we were loading a unit on a very hot day, she came to check on us with a cold bottle if water. She let us know we accidentally left out unit unlocked and supplied a lock and secured it until our return. All was terrific!

Very nice lady in the office but I was very upset to find out that I didn't get the quoted price, I received over the phone, when I went in the office. I didn't realize till after because I sent my brother to get the storage.

Friendly atmosphere, clean facilities and reasonable rates! Will go back if needed.

Good sized for price. Rain drains all over. Elevated height. Felt comfortable my stuff would be kept safe here. Security gate as well.
