Just left secure storage on Shields. Megan is an amazing person. She helped me out at a ton today. I was needing a storage within a few hours and on a certain budget.... of coarse i had been jugled around for past 5 days dealing with local competitors. Back to the amazing stuff. Walked in to Megans office 15 min ago at 3:30pm she calmly listened to my situation and with only a few questions.... yep, i have a gate code and im paid in full for 30 day...... ya'll must immediatly come here and check out how a professional storage facility in a major metropolitan city should conduct themselves. Ive had a storage at this location for years and since Terra took the store over it is like night and day difference. The property is 1000 times cleaner and stays clean. I never have any problems and Terra takes care of everything.

The person that works that property works really hard and is the only one that works there. She is very kind and hard working. The place can use some work on Security because it is always getting broke into. The fence along the property really needs to get updated and fixed. Some of the building is falling down. Corporate really does not care for the facility all they care about is their money. If you get broke into you better have taken pictures of your property or you will not get any money back.

I have had such a great experience renting a space here over the last 5 years. I recently had to upgrade from a small unit to a much larger one. The onsite manager was SO AMAZING to work with. She helped me figure out the best price for what I needed. I ran into an issue getting my things from one unit to another while experiencing a family loss and she was absolutely wonderful to work with me while I was figuring out how to get my things moved at the same time. Friendly, knowledgeable, and a fantastic human.

My Mother-in-law Rhonda Freisinger rents here and we just upgraded to a different unit. The process was quick and simple. The lady in the office was amazing! Been here for several years and don't plan on leaving anytime soon

Love how myself has been in their units for over a year and nothing has been damaged or stolen and they’re always working with me on my late fee payments to help me make sure I don’t lose my stuff

The manager is awesome, the facility is clean and up to snuff with security and it's in most part clean. I recommend anyone who is moving and has more belongings then space to call my buddy there she'll hook you up with a nice clean storage unit.

The manager was very nice and helpful, the storage is great. My only concern is the price. Because When I had time I called around and priced storages. This one was the most expensive . I won't be staying long just untill I get another storage rented. Everyone is less money than this one. But thank you for being there when I needed u.
