This is a solid storage facility and I definitely recommend it, but it would probably be less remarkable without Jo Ann. She makes this SecurCare special, and adds a very personal touch! She treats renters like people, and has been able to help me out when life happens or things have gone awry (which is very infrequently - truly this place lives up to the "secure" title).

I've been renting at this storage facility consecutively for over 5 years. The grounds are always well kept, very clean and properly maintained. Miss Jo Ann has always been a Godsend. Customer support/satisfaction is an understatement. She's very interactive with all customers and I'm willing to bet that all renters know her by 1st name. Compared to other storage facilities in the area this one is by far the best!!!!

Great location, units are clean and cliimate controlled inside. Can't beat that.

My family has used SecureSelf storage for going on 8 years. We absolutely love it here! The office staff is so friendly and so helpful! I always recommend this place mainly because of JoAnn. She is absolutely wonderful and is the epitome of a perfect employee! Because of her we will continue our business at the 61st and Garnett/highway 169 location because I know I can trust her and this location. They also have a new employee Josh who helped us with our account and he made things super fast and easy for us! We greatly appreciate you guys for always making our experiences fast, easy and friendly.

This storage facility is great! I've never had a problem! The manager there is superb! She is one of the friendliest people I've met! She keeps a close eye on everything and even walks the grounds several times a day. I've had storage units all over this country and I can say that this particular location is my favorite and I feel that my things here are as safe as if they were in my own home!

The facility has wide lanes, is clean and secure, and has 24 hr access, what more could you want from a storage facility? SecureCare Self Storage will have my business for years to come, and it's because of Joanne's friendly, down to earth attitude and personality. Many managers and businesses could learn a thing or two about what top notch customer service is and should be, from Joanne.

I've been with Joanne since 2013. I've been other places here and in different states and this is the very best I've seen. Joanne is friendly and caring and knows her business. She is committed to customer satisfaction. The place is well maintained. Subsequently, she has a high occupancy. That's speaks for itself. Only opportunity for improvement would be to have a dumpster. Don't think it will happen but not a deal breaker. I'm there for the duration. ❤️
