I will not rent anywhere else! Amazing, just saying. Joseph "the property manager". He was so helpful, kind, and thoughtful. I had a really long day and ran out of 💧 water. I was thirsty and lost track of time when he noticed I was still there, I received a 15 min. warning. On my way out of the gate. He saw me as he was picking up the parking lot. And said, "I don't see any water? I'll be right back, " he returned with a refreshing water and a kind smile. 😇 thanks, "Joseph" saved my life.

Great place!! Always felt like our items were safe and secure. There were never any people randomly walking around - it was very secure. Multiple times while we were here, we saw employees taking care of things around the property, changing lightbulbs, picking up trash, and etc. Employees were always very friendly, kind, and attentive. I would definitely use them again if and when needed!!

The attendant who assisted us was very kind and helpful explaining the process and the different kinds of storage unit sizes to best suit our needs. She was prompt and very friendly!

Joseph was very helpful helped me get the perfect size unit that worked with what I needed.

I needed a unit right away and I was able to rent from here online. Everything went smoothly except when it came time to put in my gate code. I could not get in ,but when I called they gave me a temporary code so I could go about my day. Later that day the gentleman in the office helped with changing my code and was very knowledgeable. He did an awesome job, even made sure my code would work and that I could get into my unit without any further problems. Long story short even if you have a problem they are willing to fix it.

Only have used storage shed for one year. Great service, clean facility, staff was very knowledgeable and made sure I was taken care of and helped me multiple times with questions. Highly recommend them. If I need storage shed in the future I will use them

He goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure appropriate resolutions, and his humble sincerity is apparent alongside his professionalism. He is genuine and maintains a calm demeanor in response to stressful situations and relies upon his quick wit and quirky humor when faced with difficult scenarios and/or stubborn people. I hope he is as valued both by his upper management as well as other customers as he deserves to be. He is a class act, and his employer made a fine decision the day they hired this young man.

This is the second time I have used SecurCare Storage. I like that the units are clean and easy to access. The staff is always very helpful.

I've had storage units here since 2011 when I my commercial build on 15th was set on fire by arson. I've had up to 5 units at a time that I worked out of. I'm finally down to 1 unit. I probably could have bought the place for what I've spent on rent. I've been through good managers and great managers, Joseph was very helpful, Jeremy was great for customer service. I'll stop there. Lol Some who even called me BEFORE I had to pay a late fee. My only complaint I have would be the price hikes over the latter years. Heather seams to have the right attitude and knowledge to be a Great manager. Good luck and Thanks Heather!

Jeremy is super friendly and helpful. There were no cost surprises (I've been to a lot of storage units where this is not the case.) He was honest and upfront with cost and insurance. My storage unit was clean and exactly what I payed for. No surprises (which again, has not always been the case at other storage units.) Definitely come here if you need to store anything.

I stored my stuff here for about a year and a half. During this time, I had to switch units a couple of times for various reasons. The manager, Jeremy was always so helpful and patient with me. I never had any problems while my stuff was being stored there. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Easy no hassle storage place.

I was running late to get my storage unit and the gentleman at the front desk waited patiently for me. He was very helpful helping my find the right size & it was on special 1st month free. After storing some of my items I found that it was possibly too small but it all fit just like he said it would. I made my reservation online at another site of theirs and he transfered all with no issues, a great experience considering the stress of moving. I highly recommend SecurCare Self Storage & will always use them in the future.

Management very helpful, unit clean... And without signs of rodents.

The only complaint I had was the manager told me if somehow we did get locked in because the gates automatically lock at 10, to call the 877 number on the door. We tried that number several times, another 877 number... Basically every number I had called or found for SecureCare online and didn't get an answer. My bf had to slide under the fence and my cousin had to climb the fence and leave the truck parked there over night. A good number should be posted... But all in all, the manager Jeremy was a great guy, very helpful and honored the 1st month free I found online.

The manager of this storage location was amazing!!! Help my mother in law like a champ. We moved her here from outta state with a 27ft moving Truck(almost a dang semi). Anyway we had no trouble getting into the place....turning that beast down the aisle to where the storage locker was.....was IMPOSSIBLE!!! The manager was so helpful! He got my m-inlaw a storage locker right in the main entry "road"! He was AWESOME!!! Great place!! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! You will be treated with respect, honesty and integrity!
