Decent experience, a bit of a rough start due to no one being on site during business hours and having to wait in 100 degree heat while we were trying to get the e-contract signed and reading the microfiche size print on my phone. I prefer more face-to-face contact and personal service, but we got through it and it’s close to home so not too bad.

However it’s been months since the paint upgrade happened, and still the storage buildings and units don’t have clear number and marking identifications. Other than that annoyance, highly recommend.

Reserved a 10 x 15 climate controlled and set up auto-pay. Great, helpful staff and clean secure location. Glad I found it. Carol Went back today 5/24/17 to check on my reservation for a second unit which I will need 5/27/17 and Brandy was super helpful in verifying my reservation and adding double assurance that the unit would not be rented to someone else before then. I was packing and frantic for extra boxes. I had used this facility for several years for storing samples. I ran over to the office to buy boxes and Brandy was on break, but she saw me outside and opened the office for me and sold me boxes. She was a life saver. Recently rented two units from Simply Self Storage on 51st. Carolyn was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable and made the whole procedure quick and painless. Facility is clean and the location right behind a new hotel makes security even better.

Great storage. Nice, friendly staff (Kathy and Carolyn). Sadly, rental fees increased often and on a regular basis. Area was always neat and clean. Easy access and on site dumpsters were a big help.

Carolyn was so helpful. She explained the available dates, specials they were offering, and most cost efficient option for us which saved us about $100 more than we would have. We are glad to be storing our things here and will be recommending it to near by friends!
