Store #878 is the best in Tulsa, property manager is helpful and friendly.

Renting a climate controlled unit was a quick and simple process with clear upfront pricing, online reservation and same day unit move in possible. The in office shop was well stocked with supplies ranging from packing tape bubblewrap and boxes to padlocks labels padding and tv covers. The staff were not only curteous and well informed but when the first branch I visited did not have a unit that matched the features and size we were looking for available they did not hesitate to offer further assist us anyway. They went above and beyond by quickly locatihg a suitable unit that did have the on site and in unit features we required in the correct size but one that better matched our general location making it closer for easier access and even took the time to arrange everything right there which ensured all of our needs were guaranteed to be met, and upon arrival all I needed to do was tell the staff who had referred me, show my ID, sign the already printed out contracts, and start moving our things into the unit.

We rented a 10x10 spot at a great price. The complex is a little run down but overall ok. We came to put some of our things in storage the day we rented the unit. There was a box spring and mattress left in the unit. The next day we did a load with no issues, but on the second load the door came off the track with no way to secure our items. I went to the office and the worker was handling people who bought storage buildings auctioned off. I was told that she would be at my unit in 15 minutes, and I was waiting for over an hour. If a business is going to have extra business there should be more than one employee on site to accommodate current customers not to mention their employee’s safety. The lady was absolutely great when she was finally able to get to me which is why I did three stars!!!!

The on-line registration process was a nightmare. I reserved a space easily but spent over an hour trying to get the system to complete my payment, etc. I finally had to call customer service. Both men I talked to were wonderful and polite, also helpful, but the first assured me things were handled but I still couldn't access my on-line signature without having to call back a second time and having the lease document resent. I spent several hours over all getting this completed without going into the facility - something I didn't want to do because your sight said I would not get the reduced rate and half off first month's rent unless I did the process on-line. Way to cumbersome and time consuming, though I was finally satisfied with the resulting storage space and price.

It was fine really. No complaints.

Chris was very helpful and informative. Gave excellent information on the unit and allowed us to view them before selecting. The facility looked clean and well kept. Units seemed to be in good shape. Chris went over all the details with us and we left feeling confident and happy with our decision.

Partly due to procrastination and ultimately due to circumstances, I needed storage space NOW!! I called the closest Secure Care to my home. 2 hours later, I had my space and had started to fill it. It was clean and the overhead door opened easily. Many thanks to Chris for his help !! My day was made.

The application processed with super easy I streamlined right through it all online I was able to secure my storage unit online I was able to pay online everything was so easy they made it very very accessible I rate them five stars out of five the man who was there last Saturday was super friendly the place is clean not a lot of people not a lot of trash not any trash super cool place and it's open till 10:00 and opens at 6:00 a.m. so I can't even begin to thank them how accessible it was and how easy it was for me to get a storage really cool people really great place

I've had this storage for 2+ years now, and haven't had any problems! Twice I've ran into where I couldn't pay my storage fee on it's due date, and Chris and Nancy were okay with me setting up to pay at a later date- they just note my account. I highly recommend renting storage space at this location.

Not too sure what to say since it's only been 24 hours since I've been there. Its gonna be a while beforr I review. However Clarissa and Chris have both been excellent customer service agents and very helpful.

Great prices, friendly staff but roof definitely needs a lot of repair Many leaks that have flooded my unit twice now and still waiting to be fixed We have informed the staff and was told no more units available in the same size. There are larger but I dont feel we should pay more because our roof leaks and are going to be forced to move or stuff.

This was my first time dealing with a storage unit facility and I couldn't be happier with it. Shelby provided fantastic communication and customer service. Our unit was as described and bill pay was simple and straight forward. If we ever had a concern it was voiced to Shelby and she took care of it accordingly. I felt like my belongings were safe at this unit. I would definitely recommend this location for your storage needs.

Great service, clean units hassle free storage. I would love an under 100 unit for that extra star but hey. After visiting several units in the area SecurCare was a breath if fresh air.

The office staff is very friendly and the Storage Facility is very secure! I moved my stuff out on a Friday, took my lock off, and didn't call them until the following Tuesday to cancel my account and they already took care of it for me! That is what I call great customer service!
