The manager was awesome! I had gotten stuck in a huge traffic jam, so I was about 20 minutes late. She was there to open the door and never let on that she was irritated because I was late. She was so pleasant the entire time!

Gosh, what could I say...Kat has been delightful and simply the best to deal with. With my busy scheduled, and being out of town on business, she always let me know when my rent is due and when to avoid late charges.

Yesterday, I called the office and spoke with Kat, the manager. Just to let someone know that I was having a car problem, and my car was blocking other units until I could get it towed. I was in a poor mood stuck, and my thought process at the moment was negative. She immediately put me in better spirits and encouraged me. I was not expecting this. She offered me a water, and her words alone were more than I expected. But she didn't stop there. She offered to come by and jump my car. She did just that. She drove her own vehicle around and helped me jump my car. That didn't work. However, she got on the phone to see what she could do. She even offered to give me a ride home. I 'm blown away! Kat, thank you for your professionalism, kindness, gentleness, and hospitality. Thank you for all you did for me. Thank you for going above and beyond. I'm glad to be your customer. Words can't express how much I appreciate you and thank you for being awesome. You can see that she cares.

This 5 star rating is for Property Manager-Kat Lee. She is a jewel!! Kat's level of customer service is stellar. Rare in today's world. She is always so pleasant, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable, kind, proactive, responsive. She returns calls, follows through with actions, listens and puts every effort into genuinely trying to help. She is outstanding!! Regarding the facility itself: we have been at this location 2 years as of Jan/2023. Very satisfied with facility but Very Frustrated with (3) price increases during this short time. Disheartening to read other reviews with same sentiment. Particularly Amy Johnson's: 10 year tenant, nonprofit storing scouting equipment - pulling out due to continual price hikes. Sincerely hope SecureCare will reevaluate the amount and frequency of their rate increases to protect relationships with what should be their valued tenants. Kindest regards.

We have used SecurCare storage at this location for a long time - it is a clean, secure, and well-maintained facility. Kat, the current manager takes customer service very seriously - wanting the best for the tenants and doing all she can to give a good experience. (I chose 4 stars as opposed to 5 because of the frequent rate increases.)

Securecare storage is great. And they are so helpful and work with me always the manager Kat is the best they have had and really makes you feel valued and is always there to listen and help with any problems. I am very happy with this facility

I really enjoy the current manager, however, I do not agree with their constant raising of rates and the fact that they took away the ability to pay for 12 months and get a month free. We have stored there as a scout unit for almost 10 years and are moving to a much cheaper location just around the corner that still gives the perk of paying for a year in advance and getting a month free and is $70 a month cheaper, which for a non-profit, is important.

Dealing with stuff like this can be (usually is) incredibly stressful-yet, Rob always takes the time to be extremely thorough & is beyond helpful. I/we have done a lot business with other storage facilities & this place offers more & has a cleaner, safer facility. As a woman, that’s incredibly important to me! We always have a choice, yet, there’s a reason we keep returning & bringing them even more of our business. Also, very kind owners, & that’s not something you’ll find most places. We keep coming back for a reason- If you can, ask for Rob-he’s awesome, & is willing to take the time to truly help you with everything, & make sure that you are happy & understand everything.
