We’ve been renting here for a few years. The whole site is always kept very clean and well-maintained, and we have had no problems at all with pests, theft, etc. We’ve also always dealt with the same person (Monty) who’s gone above and beyond to be helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable! Absolutely would recommend renting here!

The facility and people are exactly what you need. Friendly and helpful, with a clean well kept facility and a concern for quality security. And on top of that it was also one of the lowest cost storage units around.

A secure storage lot in town of Damascus, NWSS is easy to find and easy to get your stuff into and out of. The manager is always on site and is pleasant to work with. Spaces are clean and well maintained.

We rented our unit in 2014 and are leaving in 2023! We have been so pleased with the location, safety, price, and cleanliness of the facility!

Clean, well managed, fair, honest. Rented a unit there for 6 months during construction. No issues and no problem when we checked out on the last day of the month with no prior notice. Would definitely recommend. They do need more parking for those with interior units, but it was manageable.

I've rented here for over 15 years and recently had to transfer units. Monte was great to work with explained everything very well. I feel safe going to my unit. I highly recommend this place

. I would have liked the gutters to be cleaned because the gutters dripped on my unit while unloading. My husband had to get a ladder and clear it so it would drain. Clean your gutters. Otherwise.fine. Monte is nice.
