Great storage area; clean well-managed; on site manager is great! Will store here again if the need ever arises.

I made my reservation online but was still a little confused so I decided to go in. The office manager Carolyn was beyond helpful and answered all my questions. She was great and didn’t pressure me to commit to a unit without seeing it like the website does. Make sure you go in person, the prices are the same as they are in person as they are online. The manager is amazing! This is the second time I've had a unit there. This unit has been there for two years now and the manager always calls with a reminder before late charges! My life is very busy and it's amazing for someone to go out of their way like that!

I rented a unit online. It was a little confusing but I received a call from the office shortly after confirming my rental. They were very helpful in getting everything straightened out quickly. We rented a unit here for a year in 2022 and everything was great. We ended up getting a unit here again recently and did the rental process online this time. It was a little confusing. After reserving it took me to a place to pay and said the unit was a 0x0 unit but still had the price for the 10x20 so I want sure I was getting the right size. Then the address it told me to go to was not the correct location. Thankfully Caroline was there and she helped me figure things out, she is awesome! Overall things worked out well but the online portal was definitely not the easiest.

Great help, even though there were some software issues with their new system, the employee was able to work around these issues to make sure I was set to go.

With the online portal it was very easy to get set up, after a short phone call we had all the information we needed to be able to access our unit. Upon our arrival to the place it was easy to get in and our unit was clean. No complaints so far!

Caroline is the best. She is very professional in dealing with her customers and is accurate in her accounting. The units are clean and well maintained.

Very easy and fast to get started. Storage unit was clean and office had locks to purchase for the unit. Lady in the office was super helpful and answered all of our questions.

I have had a space here for years originally the manager was Dave and I liked Dave I was apprehensive about the new manager but it's been a few years now and I must say she does a marvelous job even better than Dave and you could not ask for better customer service now I live out of state so it often makes things more difficult but with the lovely lady that takes care of the place now I never have a problem she handles everything in the most professional and personal fashion and I can only say how thankful I am that she is there

Carolyn went above and beyond my expectations for a storage unit employee, I accidentally booked two units instead of one when applying online and she brought it to my attention and was able to fix it for us quickly so we didn’t get charged twice. She was not “money hungry” and was a nice honest person! 10000/10 recommend

Everything went smooth and only had one extreme discomfort and that was the location of where i. Trusting my lifes worth of valuables on the public side of the fence. Your insurance coverage would not even begin to entertain the. Notion hence it ever happen.i feel obligated to satisfy my edginess to install a second fail safe that would alert and lockout the perpatraters..it is somewhat of a comfort to.no that The manager that handled my paper work did express she was. Very observant and has no problem enfoceing any regs to who it would apply to and lives directly across from it so thats a plus untill i wake her up in the wee hours of morning cause im a concrete guy and the sunrise chaces us around. So i keep you upto speed if somthing grinds my gears

Great customer service! All staff super friendly and helpful at every interaction.

I was given a move-in date, unit number, and gate code from the online system. On arrival, there was a second door to which I was not given the code. The staff was very apologetic and gave me the door code quickly. Manager was very polite and helpful. The website needs work, but the staff is more than helpful while they are developing their new system.

Super thoughtful about pricing and unit size for my needs. Carolyn explains everything so clearly and made the process easy and stress free. Property is well kept and my unit spotless.

My experience with NW Self Storage in Estacada Oregon was fantastic! Carolyn initiated our storage rental. She was courteous, knowledgeable and quick. I highly recommend this location to those needing additional storage.

This place is awesome and the manager's a peach - be aware though, they don't rent U-Haul anymore.

Caroline went above and beyond anything I could have expected. Since I was moving from out of state, everything was done on the phone and online, so when I finally arrived, there was only minimal paperwork to take care of. The unit was clean and ready. I highly recommend this facility!! Thank you for being so helpful!

This place is ABSOUTLEY wonderful. Kelly has helped me so much, and she does great explaining the details and paperwork. I wouldn't go to any other storage place other than here. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

We obtained a storage unit here last weekend. Our first ever. Amber was awesome!!! So friendly, and took the initiative to show us a few different possibilities. She was very thorough with the paperwork and explaining all the details. We took a load out on Sunday when the office is closed and had trouble with the building code (gate code worked fine), so we called the number on the card, got an immediate response, correct code and were on our way.

Estacada Mini Storage is a great place to store your items. I used to have a storage unit at a place in Oregon City but they kept raising prices, had rude help and a majority of my items had to be thrown out because of mold and some boxes were chewed through and we found mice living in them. When I found Estacada Mini Storage and I was so happy. It has great prices, climate controlled units and a very nice/great manager who went out of her way to make us (the customer happy). We have had our stuff there for about 2-3 years and we have had no problems so far. I always recommend this place to my family and friends who need a storage unit. :D
